We stayed at this accommodation during our visit to Munich and had a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic and pretty quiet, but yet just a short walk from the main train station and within walking distance to the city center. It's very well connected to everything you'd want to see in and around Munich, yet you can still easily walk to the main attractions if you prefer exploring on foot. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Susanne, who was always smiling and welcoming. Complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day were a really nice bonus to our stay in this hotel. It was such a nice touch to come back after a long day of sightseeing and be able to relax with a hot drink. We also opted for breakfast on-site, and it turned out to be a great decision. The breakfast was quite varied, with plenty of options available regardless of what time you showed up. The only thing worth mentioning, especially for solo female travelers, is the area around the train station. There is a noticeable presence of Middle Eastern shops and communities in that part of town, which can feel a bit overwhelming, especially in the evenings. We never felt unsafe at any point, but the atmosphere might not be ideal for everyone. On the plus side, there are several amenities nearby, including shopping centers, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and more—all within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place for its location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

The hotel is located quite close to the city center with a lot of sightseeing and shops around. You can reach the tram in 5 mn walk or the Ubahn (metro/underground) in 10 mn walk, and from there easily access the center of the city. The district is very calm and unlike some hotels, we can completely open the window to get some fresh air in, a good plus! The elevator is very welcome when you have heavy luggages and the staff is very good. The location is especially good for people going to Oktoberfest as it's only 10 mn away by foot through the Forum shopping mall.

The mattress was too soft for me and I woke up multiple times in the night with slight back pain (nothing too dramatic but quite uncomfortable). The room was quite small and I had to use the bed to open my big luggage as it couldn't fit on the given luggage handler. But all of this considered, it's still a good hotel for the price paid.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a short weekend trip in Munich. The rooms and hotel itself was a lot more artsy and well furnished/styled inside than we’d expected it to be - the photos definitely don’t do it justice. Loved the free unlimited use of the coffee machine and tea station downstairs and there’s a great bakery directly across the street that we had breakfast at every day for about $5-6aud pp. The hotel’s breakfast buffet looked pretty basic for the price of $20audpp so we’re happy we didn’t go for that option. Only complaints would be that there’s no water refill stations or taps in the dining area (and our standard sized water bottle couldn’t fit under the tap in our room) so we had to fill up our water in the downstairs male bathroom which felt a bit gross. We had to leave the windows open to cool the room down at night, and unfortunately there was quite a bit of street noise that came through despite being on the 4th level, though earplugs did the trick. Location was about a 20min walk from the old town. Definitely not as nice of an area as other hotels but for the price and comfort, I think it’s very much worth it. Would 100% return here if we came back to Munich :)

If you want a mid range hotel at a modest price this is to be recommended. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast is amazing value at 8 Euros. There is good bakery opposite. Its position is an easy 10 minute walk from Hackerbrucke station which is one stop down from the Central Station which is also in walking distance. Also if you want somewhere to eat and have a drink try the busy but welcoming Augustiner Bräustuben which is 100 metres or so away on Landsberger Strasse. It is also close to where the Octoberfest is held but it seems booked for then.

The hotel is located in a very good location, there is a tram at 5 minutes walk which will take you to Munich Central Station in 5 minutes. The room was small but very well organized, modernized with a nice interior. The staff is very helpful and supportive, which makes the experience 10/10.

It doesn’t have an AC, on a very hot day it can be challenging, but in our case weather was good, you can also keep the window open to let fresh air flow, which is good.

A room was small but clean, comfortabe and nicely decorated. Breakfast was superb with a variety of warm and cold items. Free tea and coffee available 24h was really something special (never met it in any hotel) and made me feel I was treated with care here. Well located, quite close to the train station, many restaurants nearby.

The room on the street side was a bit noisy if you wanted to keep th windows open (the street life).

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location was great - a walk from the centre in a quiet area with lots of facilities near by - supermarkets, cafes, bakeries - with a nice neighbourhood feel to the area. The staff were excellent- a real asset to this business. Breakfast was remarkable - still 8 Euros - and fresh fruit and hot drinks were available all day. I'd stay here again.

The price was more than we would normally pay but for the opening game of the Euros, you expect an uplift. The experience was very positive, despite this.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The room was really comfortable, with 2 single beds, a small sofa, and a super well kept washroom. It wasn't noisy at all at night. As for location, it's close to Munich's central train station (by tram like 10mins). There's also a mall nearby where you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and supermarket. As for the area, there's also plenty of eating options. Also, I'm grateful for the early check-in and storage accommodation. Lastly, staff was super friendly.

There was construction along the street, so the water was shut off on the 1st day in the afternoon. Also the elevator was out of service, but they compensated this inconvenience by providing free breakfast.

Nina at reception was so aweseome! She needs a raise. She was extremelly helpful, and gave my famliy tips on what to do while in Munich. They also let us check in 3 hours early with no extra charge. Breakfast was fantastic and the free coffees and tea was given at any time of the day. Staff were great, My mum had a bed that was worn out and they changed it within the hour. Location was good, 5 min walk to the tram and 20mins walk into the city. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Elevator was very small. Beds were a little bit worn out. Sofa bed was very bad, we should have asked for it to be changeed and they would have done it. Showers were very small.

The location of the hotel was practical: close to some nice restaurants and public transport. The price was also reasonable for Munich and for what it offered. We had a room at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet so could sleep with the windows open.

During our state, the weather was cool in Munich but I would not want to stay in the hotel in hot weather
