The hotel is well located. Parking is just behind the hotel and there were slots even over weekend. Rooms are a bit tiny, but they are clean and you have there everything you need. It's nice that you can take some plates and spoons near reception if you need them. Also nice to receive some waters and beers as a compliment in the mini bar. Breakfast is really nice, quite a good choice and very tasty. Stuff is very friendly. Would recommend staying here.

For some reason we were firstly accommodated in the single room (bed was tiny, towels and compliments were for one person as well). On the reception they told that the room is fine, which is not, but anyway they changed it immediately and the new room was good and as per description on booking.com.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. Just want to point out that it's located on a street behind the Nuremberg Train Station and you have to walk under a bridge to get there. If that bothers you, you could always take a tram one stop from the train station to get you through the tunnel. The walk was absolutely fine for me. Not dodgy. I'm a solo traveler and am always uber aware of my surroundings. The front desk staff are phenomenal. When I arrived, I had a LOT of questions. Tarlan was patient, took time to print out some google maps for me and assured my many questions were answered. He was always a friendly sight to see. My hotel room was perfect and small. I travel solo and work about 10 hours a week. They had a desk that was ample and the WiFi was excellent. Room was very clean. They go a long way to welcome you and increase the value of the stay. They had a complimentary beer and water in the fridge as a welcome. Nice touch! And they have free coffee and tea all day long in the comfortable lobby area. If I'm back in the area, I would stay again. Thank you!

There was *some* street noise. It did not bother me but if you like to hear the sound of crickets, it won't happen in the city of Nuremberg. They provided earplugs but I did'n't use them, didn't need to. It's the city so you will hear life happening around you.

The staffs were all very kind and nice. The room was spacious, clean and especially bedding was great. A bottle of sparkling water and beer are welcoming. Breakfast buffet was nice: a lot if drink selection including freshly squeezing orange juice, teas and coffee, and Nuremberg sausage also could be tried.

My room was by a main road where trams are passing so you could hear its passing noise. But the hotel provides earplug. A water pressure in shower was a bit weak. My room's refridgerator seems not working properly, so it would be better to check facilities occasionally.

Breakfast was satisfactory and fresh. Dining area very tidy and set for guests. Location very convenient to train station. Really fun decor and free coffee 24-7 in the lounge area.

Location was convenient but did not feel particularly safe if traveling alone. I stayed in after dark.

Car parking is stated available, no reservation needed, but then we were told not to park in the garage as we havent booked in advance...At the end we didnt park over and paid the 14EUR fee per day. Was just weird.

We ended up in the alternative car parking, which was much more secure. Staff were all outstanding. Breakfast was limited, but good, with fish available both days. It is very near to the Hauptbahnhof and town centre. We will definitely go back again, but next time by train.

The room was a bit old and the balcony of the room was closed off, as it was deemed dangerous, but they plan to repair it soon. The view of a wall was probably not the most spectacular that I'd seen.

I really liked hospitality at this hotel. Welcome snacks at the lobby, free welcome drinks at the minibar and you may enjoy a nice coffee whole time in the lobby as per your preference. Small, but cosy atmosphere of the lobby is fine to spend some time. I also like the variaty of periodic magazines they keep in the lobby, so reading and enjoy your drink is not a problem. We used hotel lobby until late hour after our check-out due to our midnight fligt and hotel personel were so kind and hosted us during that time.

There was some cleaning agent smell in our room after we checked-in. However, we kept the window open sometime and the smell mostly get away. Therefore, this was not a major worry.

That you can get your Shoes Cleaned, You get two complimentary drinks (labeled) in the Fridge. Its relatively quiet (Roadworks/Tram), unless some other guests leave their room door open, they do provide some earplugs though for convenience.

The Roadworks really were terrible for finding the hotel. I know the Hotel cannot do anything about these things, but it would be nice to know ahead of time that there will be inconveniences affecting access to the Hotel. If you put questions in your Questionnaires how you want your room made for the next day, and you just ignore some items on it, its not really purposeful to fill it in.

The hotel had a boutique feel to it. Didn't seem at all like a Best Western that I've stayed before. Friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

There could have been more onsite parking, but it's a central location and space is limited. They did, however, have reserved spaces in a parking garage a short walk away.

Staff fanastic, so helpful. Great location, walk to Old Town, Nuremberg Rent-a-Bike, supermarket and Dokumentation Zentrum. Happy Hour(s) awesome. Very accommodating with luggage and bike storage. Welcome drinks very welcome. Luggage scales! Beds really nice and comfy. Request an even numbered room for no road noise.

€15 breakfast promised vegan options. Only thing other than bread/fruit/cereal/salad was a mushroom pate. Defo not worth the money for a vegan. Also coffee from machine was vile at best.
