The room and bathroom were really clean, modern and comfortable. Especially the shower is pretty huge in comparison to the tiny washroom layout. The TV worked perfect and we could watch live Euro 2024 matches on it. Staff was friendly and helpful, the reception area is well decorated and maintained. Breakfast was value-for-money; not a huge spread but there were enough options and the quality was great.

Absence of a proper closet or storage space in the room. There are no lockers either. Also a kettle and a couple of coffee cups will be really appreciated in the room.

Only hassle was getting the electric charger in the underground parking lot to work! Internet connection was really poor, so we has to run up and down from carpark to room to connect and check on whether the charged had connected or not! Make sure to take notice on the number written on the ground in the parking booth. That's the one that corresponds with the app - not the number on the QR-code

Connection with Novotel was good. Me and my friend we were able to work from the lobby and the WiFi was very good and stable. Bathrooms in the lobby were very clean. Staff was friendly. Luggage storage was available. Location was also very good, near the city center (15 minute walk or less) and close to restaurants and one gas station with convenience store.

I didn’t like that the shower gel was not refilled by the cleaning team after the last guest. When I went to take a shower there was not enough showering gel for my bath.

The location was outstanding. An easy walk from the train station and then an easy walk to the Altstadt. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly, and the modern hotel provided a pleasant contrast to the medieval city. I actually recommended the hotel to some Frankfurt residents I met in Munich later in my trip.

It would have been nice to take a cup of coffee or tea back to the room after breakfast, but I understand their policy as I could envision some guests trying to fill up thermos bottles.

Location was within good walking distance of the city center, but there also seemed to be plenty of buses going nearby. The breakfast was really good with enough options. Very friendly staff and clean facilities overall. For the price it was perfect for a short stay. Also we came by car and the parking was really convenient in a spacious garage underground beneath the hotel. The parking was not free however.

The only slightly negative thing was the quite small size of the room, I would say it was smaller than the average standard double room. The main issue was with us having one large bag and one large suitcase, we could not really fit them anywhere on the floor without them being in the way somehow. The room prices were really affordable though and we took the cheapest room, so in that sense it was not a deal breaker as we only stayed a few nights at this hotel. If you intend to stay longer and appreciate some space, you'd probably want to opt for an upgraded room type.

Hotel was accessible for persons with disabilities also, it was very clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, room was a bit small but very cozy and having all the necessities. Breakfast was Swedish buffet and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly. The hotel is maybe a bit farther from the city center (around 30 mins walk) and central train station. Bus connections around the hotel seem a bit wonky but you can get a hang of them and there is one such bus station maybe 2-3 mins from the hotel.

No complaints.

Greater selection of restaurants near by despite advertising late check out, when I requested 4 hrs only 2 could be provided, advertised shuttle bus to Munich airport not well known But direct train a good option

The location is really good for travellers. It’s not far from the highway. The room was nice and big. They have quite big variety for breakfast and the food quality is good.

There is no small fridge in the room and the breakfast staff was quite rude and they were stearing at us while we were having our breakfast. It was disturbing.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, in particular Elke, who helped me with some printing. Nothing was too much trouble for her - she is excellent at her job. We overheard her dealing with a rude customer and she was very professional.

Pleasant, well-appointed. Lively colours. Enjoyed sharing the Novotel bar too.

The hotel has a very good location, ca. 15 mins walk from the central railway station. The hotel looks new and modern. My room was quiet and clean with a large and confortable double bed. Most of the Ibis Hotels I know do not have a wardrobe in the room, but this was an exception, so I can recommend this hotel for longer stays. The bathroom was also quite big and it was nice. I really liked this hotel.
