Nice, fresh room with good ac and enough space. clean and in a good location with approximately 15-20 minutes walk to city centre. Underground station nearby.

We statyed in a balcony room, and every time we opened the balcony door, the air conditioning stopped working. It was said, we must shut the balcony door properly- which we did and it did not work. Only after opening the balcony door and the door to the room simultaneously, then closing first balcony and then the entry door, the ac started working again. And when it worked, it was really good. No English channels on the TV except news.

Good location, managed to make a direct upgrade for a room with balcony (for a good price), staff was really great and always checking if everything was ok. The room was on the last floor, great views, the hotel is awesomely placed at a metro stop and has a grocery store next by and close by you have different food options. The room was pretty big, bathroom the same, didn’t get to use the sauna and fitness room (but we had access to), overall a good experience. The only thing was that at night felt a little bit chilly (may be just me) and I couldn’t get the thermostat to work to adjust it a little bit (maybe it was set up and locked by the hotel or maybe I just didn’t know how to, no idea). As it was the last night I didn’t mention it to the staff to ask for help and I checked out after. But overall a great experience, loved the views, the position of the hotel and that you had everything near be, definitely great value for price/comfort!

Buzzing location next to Marienplatz, nice starting point for exploring the city without being in the touristy downtown. Bright and cozy superior room with a view towards the quiet green backyard.

Breakfast buffet is laid out in the very narrow restaurant serving counter which creates a bottleneck and means guests need to queue and squeeze past each other to serve themselves. This is especially uncomfortable when travelling alone and finding your table and half finished coffee cup has been cleared by the waiter.

"The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made my stay really relaxing. The receptionist was always friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was delicious. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to come back."

The only thing that could be improved is the atmosphere in the breakfast room. One of the staff members seemed a bit distant and not as warm as the others. A little more kindness there would make the experience perfect

I had stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location was at the city center and had easy access to public transport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and washrooms were clean. I had an amazing stay and I really appreciate the service and facilities provided. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my visit to Stuttgart and would also recommend everyone to try out if they are looking for hassle free and pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were friendly. We appreciated that they were fluent in English and were knowledgeable about nearby restaurants, even providing umbrellas for us to borrow on a rainy evening. The room was comfortable modern and clean and the bed had a fun unusual feature that made us smile… a headboard that was backlit with colorful lighting, which created a pleasant glow to the room (or could be turned off). My husband was very impressed with the large exercise facility and enjoyed relaxing in the sauna. The restaurant decor was aesthetically pleasing and the buffet had a good variety of hot and cold food options. We sat at a table by the wall of windows and enjoyed viewing the city activity while having a leisurely breakfast.

It was our first time in Stuttgart and we enjoyed the city so much thanks to this hotel. The location was premium, we got a room upgrade and didn't pay an extra fee for our dog after becoming members, and the three of us had the best time! We could even take our dog to the restaurant and the breakfast area, which it's totally worth a visit. The gym and sauna are very clean as well, and the view from the top floor was super nice. We will definitely be coming back again!

We missed having a minibar, but everything else was great!

Location was excellent, just across from metro and within 20 minute walk to certain train lines. Many restaurants close by. Could walk downtown in maybe 35 minutes. Was modern, nicely decorated, and had good underground parking and very good breakfasts, though both were an extra charge. Lots of variety for the bigger breakfast. Staff was helpful, pleasant and spoke good English.

The two chairs in the room weren’t comfortable and the room was very dark to read in. Could use more lights and bathroom night light.

The room was very clean. No noice from other guests. Parking under the hotel and public transport accross the street. Supermarket next to the hotel and restaurants on walking distance. I recommand the Vietnamese restaurant arround the corner. Parking, you get a discount from the hotel, Eur 16,- per day.

Parking is not cheap but it's a good garage.

I like the location and the comfort of the bed. The room is spacey and quiet, and the bathroom is very cozy as well. There is no carpet, which is great, and the air conditioning/hearing was working as expected. The garage below the hotel is great and very spacey, and it costs additional 13 Euro per day.

I did not like the quality of bread and all other pastries and backed products, except for the croissants, which are unfortunately usually not there. Regarding the room, there is no refrigerator, and it is not possible to order a coffee in the room during the day. The restaurant is closed during the day and the bar was not opened at all, which makes you go out and search for a cup of coffee, if you want it. Even in a one-star hotel, one would expect to be able to get a cup of coffee, so it is a big minus.
