Our stay exceeded our expectations, with so much to offer that we have never seen else where ( you can rent a guitar and bring to your room, use of a speaker or amp, free drink voucher, quirky personality and features which gave this hotel a really good feel), even the automatic doors in the corridors which made it much easier for us it all our luggage. The Ruby Hannah hotel has so much to offer! The general expectations, ie. Cleanliness, comfort, noise, was perfect, despite the use of guitars and speakers in rooms we couldn’t hear any noise. The bed was very comfortable, with 2 duvets provided and everything was very clean. The shower ( see through but with a wraparound curtain on the bedroom side) was a quirky feature we haven’t seen elsewhere too, and lots of soaps and washes were provided. All staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming too. We couldn’t fault our stay here, we just wish we had longer!

This was an amazing stay! The only slight issue we had was being unable to use the TV in our room as it was set to one language and there were no streaming options for our own use, but this was only a minor issue and did not fault our stay. Just something for future guests to be aware of

Our stay at this hotel for the Stuttgart tennis was fantastic! It's ideally located within walking distance of the city center, and even the Boss Open stadium is just a convenient 30-minute bus ride away. The hotel's decor is beautiful, especially the lobby, which serves the best espresso – highly recommended! We also appreciated the complimentary tea and instant coffee stations on every floor. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed.

We inquired about an early check-in and were willing to pay an additional fee for the service. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't currently offer this option. It would be a great enhancement if this service were available, especially when rooms are already vacant.

Location! The room was really nice.

The hotel itself was fine, but the check-in process felt a bit unwelcoming. When we arrived, we were simply told (in English) that check-in was at 3 o’clock—no greeting or further explanation. We had to ask if it was possible to leave our luggage, which was allowed, but it would have been nice if that had been offered proactively. Additionally, the restaurant was closed during our stay, but we only found out about this much later, which was disappointing as we had planned to eat there. Clearer communication in advance would have made a big difference.

Location was perfect, rooms were tidy and the staff were welcoming.

You get a cool Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the room but the walls are a bit thin and the neighbour to us had the bass on the speaker turned to 11.. So if you are a light sleeper just keep in mind the walls are a bit thin. I did say it to reception and they sent someone up to ask to turn down the speaker.. Usually I'm not one to be annoyed by it but this was extreme the bass vibrated through the floor and when you put your head on the pillow it was like the bass was in your ear... Not the fault of the hotel of course but our neighbour.

Nice location, nice room, good vibe to the place. Would stay again. we liked the stations on the floor we stayed on where you could help yourself to water, boiling water for tea ect. good choice of herbal teas. wish more places had these little stations. good location easy to walk to places.

breakfast not great - needs more options. more info on what door to access hotel on arrival - esp on Sundays when can't access through centre.

Overall this is good, relatively new and reasonably priced hotel. It is located perfectly - right near the central pedestrian street in the area with restaurants, coffee places, bakeries etc. nearby. There is spacious underground parking garage in the same building which is very convenient for travelers by car.

Rooms are new but planned very questionably and require usability improvements: - Missing shelf for suitcases, we had to unpack & pack on the floor, it was not comfortable - No shelf or a chair to remove extra pillows from bed, we had to put on the floor - Racks for cloth are at the far end of the room, not near the entry, but at the opposite end, near bed - Water drain in shower is not powerful enough to consume all water, had to switch water off and on while in shower due to risk of flooding - Main light in the room connected with the light in shower, you cannot operate it separately, all-or-nothing :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly kind, always ready to assist with a smile, and made every effort to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with an impressive attention to cleanliness and detail. My room was immaculate, cozy, and well-appointed, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The location couldn’t be better! Just a quick 5-minute walk to the train station, which made trips to Stuttgart and other nearby areas a breeze. Plus, being so close to a major shopping center was a huge perk—shopping, dining, and entertainment options were right at my fingertips!

The room was spotless, we could not fault the cleanliness! loved the modern look of the room. The very good location was surrounded by shops, lovely food stops and amazing bakeries. It was a short walk from local attractions such as the museums and Schlossplatz. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel bar is great for a cocktail or two!

Honestly, I could not really fault anything. The only thing that would have been a nice addition would have been a coffee machine and a mini fridge.

I was apprehensive about this property as the map made it seem out of the main area, but it’s in the best location, connected to a shopping mall and right around the corner from the high street area. The Christmas markets are only about 7 mins walk. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. The open bathroom is quirky with the glass shower but it can be made private with the curtain. There were several ‘galley’ rooms on our floor which had tea and coffee facilities and also complementary laundry. The breakfast was great - simple but good quality, and excellent coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I’m picky when it comes to hotels.

It was a little confusing where to go to check in as the reception is at the bar area in the restaurant - we didn’t even go in there at first as it appears to be just a restaurant/bar, so we went looking in the shopping centre for reception. A sign on the restaurant/bar door saying ‘reception/checkin’ would be helpful, for lost/tired tourists.

Very cool hotel with exceptional staff. We got there early and they were very accommodating, allowing us to drop off our bags and hold them so we could go explore. The rooms had a very cool music vibe. The beds are firm and when we stayed it was nice and quiet. We chose to eat breakfast at a nearby location and weren’t sad about it.

The check-in process is interesting. You check-in at the restaurant bar. We had to get two rooms to accommodate our family of four.
