The staff where outstanding! They all took incredibly good care of us during our stay. The reception staff, Maria, Martine, Christine and Petros where approachable, friendly, sharing their local knoweledge with us by pointing us to restaurants and places of interest. Our advice, trust their judgement! Other members of the team, George, Katapia (Jerry), Esther and Vangelis made us feel welcome everything we entered the building. I need to say that George made the best mettaxa and coke on the island! Overall, every member of the team really helped make this a very special visit. In addition to this, the breakfast was delicious. There was so much to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed the salmon platter, fruit platter, and varied egg breakfasts. There was so much choice and the presentation was excellent! The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We had an incredible view. The housekeeping staff work was of a very high standard.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like!

Lovely modern, stylish, spotlessly clean hotel with staff who were always on hand to help with anything. Very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The breakfast was amazing everything you could wish for and more served by lovely Esther! The location was good being within easy walking distance of all the amenities but just slightly out of the centre.

Hard to fault anything about the hotel and its staff but if I had to say one thing it would be that sitting on the balcony can be a little noisy from road traffic at times. However once the door is closed the room Is well insulated from any noise and the furnishings are all top quality

We wanted to end our holiday in Greece with a memorable stay so chose Canale Hotel and Suites and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is the perfect size and wonderfully located in Argostoli within easy walking distance to many lovely restaurants. Our room was beautiful and spacious - we had a lovely terrace on the 1st floor overlooking the bay. The staff were all sensational - we got to know Martine, Petros and Maria particularly well and they were very friendly and always helpful. They were always there ready to open a door or take wet towels from us after a day at the beach and were genuinely interested in where we went and how we were enjoying ourselves. They also provided superb restaurant recommendations and made our bookings. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and plentiful with everything we wanted. Our rental car was parked for us so we never had to worry about finding a parking spot at the end of the day. The complimentary umbrella and sunbeds at Costa Costa Beach Club was great with a prime front row position on gorgeous Makris Gialos Beach. Highly recommended - would not hesitate to stay here again.

We could not recommend the The Canale Hotel and Suites any higher. From the second we landed in Kefalonia to the moment we had to leave, the staff were sensational. Always there if you needed them. Very helpful with recommendations and just lovely people. The hotel itself was stylish, modern, private, immaculately clean and also very spacious. The breakfast ticked every single box in terms of savoury/sweet and English/continental. We literally couldn’t eat it all!

Honestly, there isn’t one particular aspect of the hotel that we disliked.

We had the pleasure of staying at Canale Hotel from July 4th to 11th. I must assert that it stands out as the most exemplary accommodation we've experienced to date:) The hotel's service, as well as the helpfulness, dedication, positivity and pleasant conversations of the staff, made our stay wonderful. We felt as comfortable as if we were at home. Each morning, our day was elevated by Christina’s impeccable breakfast service. We are grateful to the whole team, especially Martine, Maria, and Petros. Our birthday celebration and honeymoon were truly extraordinary. Additionally, Costa Costa Beach and Costa D’ora Restaurant were exceptional. We look forward to the possibility of future encounters. Thank you for everything. Kefalonia, Canale, and the team will always hold a special place in our lives🥰

The property was spotless and the staff service was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The suites were conveniently located with everything we needed in walking distance. A stand out to us was the cleanliness of the rooms, the peaceful nature of the property and the kindness of the staff. Specifically Petros and Maria made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much for them. For their service alone we would rather this stay a 10/10. Breakfast included was also amazing and we are already planning a return trip to stay here again.

Absolutely incredible stay, from the warm welcoming of the very friendly staff, to the room upgrade, the free bottle of prosecco in the room when we told them we're on our honeymoon, everything was above and beyond and I would say this was the best hotel experience we've ever had! The breakfast in bed was delicious and luxurious, the staff even gave us a little gift bag with local products on our checking out. The jacuzzi in our balcony was incredible. Communication with the staff was really smooth through WhatsApp. Big thank you to all the staff and we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay amazing <3

We were really impressed with everything about this lovely hotel. It’s a small hotel and the staff are superb they made our stay very special and memorable. Polite, helpful, warm and friendly. Immaculate room and shared spaces. Contemporary and beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. Great local boat trip and tour, best way to see the whole of the island, it has so many beautiful areas. The breakfast was varied and delicious and included everything you could possibly want. Honestly could not fault at all. Our every need was met with politeness and kindness, we left feeling uplifted.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely incredible from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The rooms were ultra luxurious, clean with spectacular views. The jacuzzi on the balcony of our room was a welcome bonus. The breakfast which was included in our stay was perfect with a superb variety. The hotel staff organized all our outings including complementary front row beach beds. Finally I would recommend this hotel every time and I would like to thank all the staff for an incredible holiday.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, doing everything they can to make your stay unforgettable. Breakfast is great (everything your heart could desire and more) and the hot tub on the balcony is a great perk, especially in spring time. Ability to they beds at the beach club is also a great perk (beds there are really comfy)

Don’t think the pool is very attractive (as it’s a bit of a fishbowl without privacy), but no need to use a pool on an island with so many wonderful beaches.
