The location was very close to the metro station (Petralona), just across the street. Is near the city center by walk. For the check-in I called 5 minutes before my arrival and someone came and give me the key. At the check out I could let my backpack for a couple of hours there. The room was clean and spacious and had a kitchenette with coffee machine and also had a iron in the room.

The fridge was very noisy especially during nights. In the room is a little bit dark cause right next is a apartaments building (6-7 floors something like this) and the "view" was that back yard. On the site are imagines of all the room and it's a bit confusing which room is which and what room you booked.

Circle Inn is perfectly located in peaceful Petralona. It's a short stroll to a square with excellent cafes and an even shorter stroll to fantastic restaurants and taverns (including Karderina, a tavern they own in an exceptional setting with delightful food!) We stayed here for the first leg of our trip and the last leg. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in on both legs of our trip. I arranged transfers through them, so check-in and check-out went smoothly. Sometimes, I found it a bit slow to get a response on Booking.com, but a phone call would solve this each time! The room size was large, and we appreciated the snacks provided! The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a sweet relief as it was 36 degrees Celsius and above while we were there. The air conditioning allowed us to sleep soundly! The bathroom was large and we appreciated the oversized shower! Our room on the second leg (MoMA) had a small ant problem in the kitchen and bathroom, but it didn't really bother us as it was minimal, and we were only there for one night on that leg. That room also had a couple of broken fixtures, but again, easy to work around and acceptable. The property is opposite the train station, there is a bus stop at its door step and it's very easy to hail a taxi from making it the perfect base to explore Athens. The Acropolis was also under 30 minutes walk away (though it's a hilly walk, like most of Athens!). Despite the train station opposite, the accommodation was very quiet inside the rooms. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. We look forward to returning again when we are next in Athens.

As I mentioned, the couple of broken fixtures and the ants in the second room were our only critiques. This is an easy fix and all in all, it didn't dampen our stay! There was also a smell coming from outside when we arrived at the first room but closing the windows for half an hour or so sorted this out!

Had to book here very quickly as we got stranded at Piraeus due to a ferry strike. Owners were very helpful and sorted out a room very quickly. I is so convenient for the trains both in and out of Athens which run regularly morning through to evening. Every facility available to flop and use as a base.

The location, the size of the room and service.

In general it looks very nice but the could have paid a bit nore attention to the details of the constructions ( eg bathroom). The main entrance / balcony could have been nore clean.

Excellent location to Metro opposite apartments, allowing easy transfer from port, airport and Athens City Centre, could not hear metro when inside accommodation. Good size clean rooms with high ceilings. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Vicky was an excellent source for information, so helpful and responded quickly to message queries.

Area is a bit run down with lots of graffiti but felt safe.

Perfect location, right beside a train station which had regular trains passing but was not a noisy location. Lots of amenities were provided.

There were many ants by the door to the balcony which was beside one of the beds.

The property was lovely, clean and everything we needed for our short stay. It is also right next to the metro which is very convenient and a walk away from many big attractions

The location was amazing! Hidden gem! We asked for an iron and help with the air conditioning and more pillow cases and they arrived within minutes to help. The bed was so comfortable and the linen on beds were beautiful. We asked for more shampoo and conditioner and it was delivered immediately! The Restaurant they own was amazing! We were treated with special attention and Complementary ice cream and shots! It is worth the visit!

Was surprised with all the graffiti! At first sight we weren’t sure and the patio wasn’t great but before too long we loved it!!

Close to the station and walking distance to the Acropolis and restaurants and shops nearby.

Initially the area didn't feel great but after exploring a bit it was actually fine. There was also no one to meet me but I asked at the next door hairdresser and they called the host.

Thanks for the nice stay, the very good communication and the warm welcome! Even though my apartment (Siddharta) did not have a washing machine, Vasiliki let me use the one in another apartment (which was free during that night). Also I could leave my luggage there after checkout. Thanks again! I already recommended this place to friends. Also a plus: Petralona is a very nice neighborhood. The room windows open on the courtyard so there is only very very little to no noise from the train/metro station outside.

There is a fridge in the bedroom which sometimes made (small) noises at night that could wake up light sleepers. With earplugs however it was fine :) I think in the other, larger apartments the kitchen won‘t be in the (main) bedroom.
