Two things stood out, hospitality and location. The hosts were warm, helpful, breakfast was delicious, room cleaning was scrupulous, everything very friendly. My room was simple but large, and completely satisfactory. The location is tremendous: steps from Monastiraki Square, so access to tourist services, the old Agora, and the path up to (and around) the Acropolis. Yet also across the street (literally) from the Psyri neighborhood, transforming from run-down warehouses to a vibrant place with scores of excellent inexpensive restaurants and innovative businesses. Can't imagine a better place to experience the sheer vitality and diversity of Athens today.

I recently stayed at Lotus Center and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic—centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to help with a smile. My room was clean and comfortable, but I did notice that noise could be an issue; I could hear conversations from the reception area, which might be a concern if you’re sensitive to sound. Despite this, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. I would recommend Lotus Center for its excellent service and prime location, but consider bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. I look forward to visiting again!

Noise

The location is amazing and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The room was big and spaceous. The cleaners cleaned every day and did a great job. We also loved the massage place and we used it everyday. The masseuse were lovely. The breakfast roof top had a view of the Acropolis.

The shower. It was an open style which I think is typical european, everytime we would shower the whole floor would be so wet we had to use all the towels to dry the floor. The breakfast that was included was sometimes cold specially the scrambled eggs was cold. Also maybe more hotfood can be served. There was a lot of cold meats. In fairness, there was lot a good selection of fruits and pastries.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Monastiraki. At the same time the room are very quiet. The prices are unbeatable in the area for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are simple but clean. Breakfast is also simple but fresh with a nice view over the acropolis. It’s the perfect hotel if you plan to spend a lot of time around Athens and use this as a base to get some rest in the middle of the action.

Some of the finishing of the room and some service are a bit below the level of other 4 star hotels but again, the location and the prices are unbeatable.

The location is absolutely perfect. I was traveling as a woman by myself and felt to be in the perfect area and the perfect hotel. The people were not only friendly but sincerely welcoming. Everything was perfect. The very first hotel I have nothing to complain about..

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is located only 100 meters from Monastiraki Squere, so perfect location for wandering around the Old Town, as well as a good starting point for longer subway travel. We had a room with a view on rather busy Ermou street. The windows insulated external noise quite well. However, if you are sensitive to noise at night/early in the morning, better have ear plugs with you to get higher sleep comfort. The room is well equipped. Breakfast was good enough to start the day well, and the view of Acropolis from the restaurant on the top floor is a really nice addition to the meal. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly - thank you to everyone!

The location was fantastic as a base for exploring the Acropolis and surrounding areas. This did make it in a very busy and loud neighborhood but soundproofing was reasonable in rooms. Some view from front facing rooms of street but amazing breakfast views of the Parthenon. Breakfast was excellent. Staff on reception 24 hours and very helpful. Special thanks to Chris for all his help but everyone was great. Massages available on site and Antigone was very professional and I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing massage on my last full day in Athens.

Neighbourhood is too loud and busy to leave windows open for any length of time.

Perfect location: 2 minutes from the metro station, and really close to everything. It was really quiet, even though it faces a crowded area. 24h reception; staff always super nice. The room was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you may need (also with kettle, cups, tea & coffee. The most beautiful thing was the breakfast room on the rooftop: comfy and sunny, with a fantastic view of the Acropolis; awesome buffet and kind staff.

The staff are amazing. The hotel was great. Quiet. Comfortable beds. The hotel kept our luggage as we took a quick trip to Santorini and back. They accommodated us and kept our luggage safe until we got back. Would def stay here again! I highly recommend this place.

Room was big and so were the bed and the bathroom. It had views to Ermou street. Furniture/decor were not too fancy but usable and nice. Breakfast at the rooftop terrace was amazing with a nice selection of food and views to the Acropolis. Location is fantastic. It's really close to Monastiraki square and Metro station, a short walk from the Acropolis and other sights and also from the restaurants and nightclubs of Psiri neighborhood. Reception is open 24/7 and staff was nice and helpful.

Room was a bit noisy as it opened ritght to the elevator/stairs.
