Beautifully maintained facilities, friendly staff, great location, large rooms and great pool.

Apartment no.4 was our room and it was excellent. Comfortable bed, great facilities and 2 balconies, over 3 sides with great views. The cleaning staff were superb. The location great. Everything we asked for was sorted quickly. The transfer to and from the port so welcome.

Nothing. This is just nit-picking, but larger cups would be great. The cups provided were tiny for making a cup of tea or coffee. The pool was very chilly although fine after a minute or two! the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. These are minor minor things. It’s a brilliant accommodation and we would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, perfect location, the apartment had everything you needed and was very spacious. Lovely pool. Close to restaurants and bars. The transfer from the port was very convenient, the man who picked us up was very friendly as well, and so was the receptionist.

The only downside to our stay was the older lady that was kind of unfriendly (when we arrived with a bag of groceries at the pool, which we intended to take with us on the ferry, she immediately told us off and said we couldn’t eat there, even though they didn’t serve food by the pool). Afterwards she even came to check several times if we weren’t eating (which we weren’t).

Really helpful and friendly staff, great pool and bar area, fantastic location, very clean and bright. Ice cold beer at the pool bar and good food! Free port transfer was handy and staff also helped me recover some shopping I’d lost in town which was great of them and hugely appreciated.

Mattress was slightly firm, kitchen could do with one or two more things like a bottle opener and coffee maker, and a few more pegs for the washing line would be good. Otherwise nothing at all!

The property is located in Chora at the top of the center. It’s just a 1 minute walk down to the center of the city, which has a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. It’s also just where the stairs to the church starts (which I highly recommend climbing to see the sunset). The room was equipped with everything we needed and we especially appreciated the two balconies, allowing us the opportunity to sit both in the sun or in the shade. The pool area was very quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was very good. I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room as I like having my coffee in the room but honestly, it was no issue going down to the pool area to have it there (you can also bring it back to the room of course).

Beautiful property with 2-3 min walk to the Chora. But far enough away not to hear any noise. The room was excellent and beautifully decorated. Fantastic pool area with a very clean pool. The path upto the church was right next to the apartments too. Good bar facilities. Loved the little touches around the property like cushions, candles lit at night etc.

We were only staying for 3 nights but unfortunately they put us in a cave room right by the pool, so we didn’t have any outdoor space apart from a table and chairs so not very private. Nowhere to hang wet swimwear either. But saying that we loved the room itself so didn’t ask to be moved.

Costas the owner has provided an excellent accomodation in the perfect spot for decades. I stayed with him 20 years ago, and the place is still excellent as he's continued to update it every year. The pool has the most comfy chaise lounges with plus pillows and they offer excellent and reasonably priced drinks. Really loved our stay. Excellent beds, great hot water, roomy rooms. Nothing to dislike.

The bedrooms look a little retro - but they are comfortable.

The owner and the staff are friendly and they are flexible. Great location with a few minutes walk to the center Chora. The apartment is cozy and clean. Since we rented a scooter and not convenient to transfer our big bag and the rental company communicated with the apartment’s staff and sent out bag with hassle free. We appreciate their flexibility and hospitality. We had a wonderful stay there. Good to give it a try!

No WiFi connection in the rooms yet the owner allowed us to select another room with better connectivity:) though at the end it didn’t work. We were pleased at least they offered alternative.

Our first time in Folegandros and this place was ideally situated. Our welcome was really friendly and all the staff were the same throughout. The apartment was really large, much bigger than expected and was easy to settle in. The pool and bar were really peaceful, pretty much as the whole town of Chora... I'd be very surprised if we didn't come back.

There wasn't a bread knife, the frying pan wasn't non-stick and the hot plate took an age to heat up... these are very small things and they didn't affect our stay in the slightest.

The hotel is in a very good location, the room is quite big, the driver who pick up guest at port is very kind and helpful.

The owner should be a little bit more polite with guest and offer better support, it seems always in hurry, if too many things to do, better he takes some more staff, because place is pretty good, location super, price ok, but also feeling and service are important for a pleasant staying.
