The staff are so friendly. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool. The bar food is really tasty and excellent value. Only a short walk to the town centre. There's a shop a few minutes walk away.

The mattress is very firm, and a little uncomfortable for me. However, I still slept well. The apartments need updating. The kitchen cupboards are falling apart. The shower needs updating too. But it's no big deal because I am not here to stay in the apartment. Maybe a dustpan and brush would be good to leave in all the apartments.

The ampavris family are always friendly and welcoming and will help with anything required. The location is peaceful just outside of Kos Town but easy to get to.

The only thing I can say is the bed was a bit hard but that's probably because I am used to a softer one.

I had a wonderful time at this spacious apartment! The location was perfect - a peaceful retreat away from the city but still just a 10-minute walk to all the action. The hosts welcomed me like family, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I especially loved the thoughtful gesture of a fresh rose in a vase. I can't wait to return! I recommend you to visit this place, you won't regret!

A small suggestion to further improve the overall comfort of this apartment would be to consider renovating the shower area.

Kostas and his family were so lovely, made us feel really welcome and helped us with any questions we had!! They helped us hire a car which was good value and helped us see the island. The apartment was clean, had good storage and the bathroom was large with a good shower. We stayed in number 35. Swimming pool area is nice and well kept. Fiona the dog was a lovely added bonus. She is a sweet heart ❤️

It is a good 20 minute walk into Kos Town. We didnt mind this at all but needs to be factored in if you have mobility issues as coming back is up hill.

Excellent room and facilities. Family run hotel with exceptional service nothing is too much trouble for the staff. This hotel is situated next to a nice quiet beach with easy access to the beach. I would recommend this hotel/appointments.

It is a clean, reliable facility, the employees and the boss are very attentive. The location is very good, close to the center.

The general set up was good and nice pool/bar area.

Having to pay for air conditioning that at best was sub standard. It also seems that towels need the sunbeds and parasols more than the people do. Most beds lay empty for hours. Staff should monitor this and deal with it. Also the “jacuzzi “ a term I’ll use lightly had to be operated by a button in the wall far from the actual jacuzzi and gave a few minutes of power before needing activated again. Very irritating. And the water flow holes were too low down so had little use really. No tea/coffee in rooms or soap. One of the tightest places I’ve ever stayed.
