Peaceful place. Car park on site. Very beautiful garden and Mountain View. 2 minutes drive from centre. The place is so beautiful and well decorated. Room is equipped with all you need, outside seating area and balcony as well. Air conditioner works very well. If i will return to coz i will definitely return to this hotel. They clean room everyday. It's a family owned and the owner is super nice, my flight was late he let me stay extra 5 hours at no extra cost. A big thank you . Advice to all. You need a car in Kos to see It's many amazing attractions. Thermi, zia , paradise beach and more.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We rented 2 studio rooms. The rooms were very clean and spatious. The facility was very beautiful with lots of places to sit and relax in the garden. The owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would %100 recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Kos. It is near the city center (15-20 min walk) but if you plan on travelling the whole day i would recommend you either rent a bike or a car. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent apartments and very well situated. The setting is almost like being out in the countryside, despite being an 8 minutes walk to Kos Town centre. Manos, the owner, is great, nothing is too much for him. The apartments are set in beautiful grounds, which are lovely to just sit and relax in.

Nothing very much tbh. There isn't a swimming pool at the apartments, however there is an arrangement with the Amparvis Family apartments, which are only 300 yards away, to use their pool and bar. These facilities are excellent and we used them several times.

Location is just the right distance from the town. The road needs to be walked with caution if you have young children. The staff were excepional and around a lot so the property feels secure and you feel safe. The facilities match the price so lookat the details.

The whole place was very clean, and they cleaned the apartment everyday. the garden was huge, we ate outside the apartment. The host explained everything to us, from the restaurant, to what to visit. We also left our baggage to them after checking out because we still had time before our flight to roam around the city, and they have the shower available for guests that already checked out.

We just hated the mosquitoes.

If you don't have heavy luggage, it's within walking distance of the port. The room and toilet were clean. The employees were very polite, helpful and friendly. They helped us a lot. We stayed at the hotel with my sister. A quiet, calm, sweet place surrounded by greenery.

Lovely property in a great location, 5 minutes away from Kos town and 2 minutes away from an accessible pool. The garden was incredible and the rooms were comfortable and clean (cleaned daily). The owner was also very kind and helpful, providing you with everting you need. Me and my girlfriend would highly recommend staying here when visiting Kos.

Very kind owner and personal, great view to city and sea, with nice sunsets. Very nice garden with places to seat in shadows. Me and my parents very enjoyed this week in Eftihia! Thanks a lot and hope we'll come back at some season

Beautiful place, helpful staff that tries to accomodate to your needs to their best ability, short and pretty walk to the center.

The showers in our room were small but it was fine.
