modern hotel in walking distance to a stop of the brand new Metro. Also the stop of the bus (always crowded, as it is actually just a regular bus used by locals) going to the airport is close. Breakfast was adequate, though no genuine coffee, which is very important to me in the morning, only a machine offering liquid coffee from concentrate (no instant coffee, but no genuine coffee either). Room rate was affordable as it was still low season. Minimarket open 24/7 a few meters away, in general this is a rather local and non-touristic area. Sadly Thessaloniki is a challenge fir individual travellers, as there is no Uber allowed and only one Metro line, and the rest of the public transport system is difficult to comprehend and use for a visitor.

The location is great, just out of the most touristy area, but everything in walking distance. The room was nicely furnished, perfectly clean. The balcony with nice view of the city and a mosquito net on the doors is a great bonus. The mattres was very comfortable, not too soft, not too hard, just perfect. It was possible to darken the room with curtains and the city noise on 5th floor was distant and not a problem at all. Staff very professional and helpful.

There are two pillows for each bed, but would be nice if the size dufference was bigger between them, esoecially the smaller cood be even smaller (not so thick).

It is the an old city hotel, but renovated. The location is quite central, like 15 min walking to the white tower. Parking-mission impossible :) so calculate additional cost for private garage (14 EUR per day-current price), which is located near to the hotel - 5 min walk. The breakfast was tasteful, buffet model. The breakfast room is quite small for such a big hotel and therefore noisy, but the staff is so kind and efficient. The room is small but it is enough, it doesn't have any closet, it is a new wave now - not to have closet. The bathroom comfortable. The balcony should be better cleaned, but lets not be petty, it was November. Overall cool and comfortable stay.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is very nice and well attended to by the staff. They have orange juice, eggs, some meets, greek salad, fruit, granola, and a coffee machine that makes cappuccino. The front desk is very professional. The location is easy to access from the main airport bus line, though I took a taxi to catch my flight back for the convenience. Walking distance to tons of nice restaurants, vibrant scene. The room was very clean, with a balcony view of the city. The air conditioning worked well, the room was quiet, and the shower was very nice. There was also a nice desk to work at. I highly recommend this to someone staying in Thessaloniki.

Perfect location, rooms are of adequate size for this category, bathroom spacious and everything spotless clean and hygenic. Everything you need fir a short stay in Thessaloniki. This room had a balcony with a view on busy square, but except for the sometimes loud traffic (if you kept the balcony door open) we enjoyed it! The reception has done a great Job too.

The breakfast was suficient for a tourist hotel, no thrills like champagne or salmon, but enough to start a day in Thessaloniki, with some veggies, fruits, eggs, sausages, yogurt, ..., breads, ... Just perfectly right for this category and price you pay. No negative remarks, everything ok. The hotel parking is about 700m away and costs 16€/24hours.

This was the third hotel we used in Thessaloniki. The other two hotels were noisy due to poor insulation and the type of construction, but the Park Hotel was quiet, with good sound insulting windows. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was very good and restocked quickly, and everything appeared to be fresh and clean with some local healthy options available. The location was interesting, being across the road from an archaeological site (although not open to the public) and in a nice neighbourhood with lots of excellent small independent cafes and restaurants.

It was the second time I staid in this hotel after having made excellent experiences the first time. Overall the hotel met our expectations - the allocated room, the fast check in, the clean room and bath room, free wifi, tv, the generous and tasty breakfast, the booking of a taxi to the airport.

It was annoying that on two consecutive days the room cleaning service had not been in our room. One day can happen, but two in a row?? On the first day we missed them entirely, on the second day we returned at 5pm and the room was not done yet although we had put the signboard out (pls make up the room) already at 10am - however, they were still on our floor when we returned; after we gave a Euro 10 tip at 5pm it was then done by 4 people within 5 minutes.... For breakfast we were expecting creamy Greek yoghurt like the first time, but it was something that had harder consistency (cottage cheese?).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The room was spotless and elegantly decorated, offering a serene environment perfect for relaxation. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions , making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

The staff were so professional and friendly and took the time to make us feel welcomed. This hotel is a wonderful hotel and the location is excellent. We requested a higher level room and they gave a room with the best view. The restaurant staff were also friendly and very efficient the food was also of great value. We will definitely come back it was very good.

I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel it was very good for the star rating.

Staff were helpful. Recurring problem with toilet non stop running, but they tried to fix the problem. Worked intermittently. Breakfast was good. Could watch tennis match, very little English speaking tv, only news.

No parking. It was a big issue. Had a garage across town to use for I think it was 12 euros a day. But I drove around and found a street parking spot, but they double park there and blocked me in. This is not ideal to say tge least. I did initially try to find the pay as you go parking garage, but I couldn't find it. Driving in this city is a nightmare for many reasons. Stressful. Many one way streets, GPS not working, it took an hour just to locate the hotel. Entry on a narrow one way street more like an alley.
