We had 2 bookings before and after Acatenango. The room we‘ve stayed in the first time was so tiny we could barely move if both of us were in the room at the same time. Also there was this really loud noise coming right above our room from the water pump. But when I told this to the staff they were very helpful and let us stay in a different room. The beds are quite old and uncomfy and the room we’ve stayed in the first time the linens were so thin it felt like we were sleeping directly on the matress. The second time we stayed there, the room (nr 12) was still small but very ok, no noise from the water pump and we had propper linens.

One of the best places we stayed so far in Guate. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Coffee and kitchen access were a nice bonus. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and shower curtain! Safe and secure. Inner courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. Laundry service was reasonable price. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. All the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Great room for the price. If you prefer private rooms in hostels, or more quiet places in general this will be the one for you. Great location. Staff very helpful. Cheap laundry, it was actually cheaper than nearby laundry places.

This isn't a comment highlighting anything bad about the property. Depending on time of year or on the day, you might want A/c. But we were fine with no A/c and knew that beforehand.

Our room was very spacious and the fan did cool the room which was good. The bathroom was nice as well. I liked that you could use the kitchen and they provided fresh water. The dogs were great.

Our room was not available at the check in time and we had to wait 40 minutes with no apology. We were travelling with friends and they were in their room, but please be aware that you may be checked into a different room than what you book. This happened to our friends.

The hotel itself was great. Beautiful gardens and patios sit in. Tons of plants. They had two rooftop terraces that were great for relaxing or watching the town. The hotel is also very central and easily walkable to everything. Wifi was super strong. Fresh coffee is available 24 hours and the staff was incredibly helpful with everything.

The double room was a bit smaller than I imagined. Some pictures showed a desk but we didn't have one. No problem though as the kitchen had tables to work from. The bed's were a little too springy for my taste but that was my only real complaint.

We enjoyed our time here. Our room was small but had two beds so still space to move around. It was clean so that was the main thing for us. The staff were awesome and helped us do some washing there. Heaps of restaurants around - right in town. Communal kitchen area had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

The room had three beds to comfortably fit my two teens and I. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to keep our packs there for the day while we waited for our nighttime flight. The location is close to Parc central.

Hotel is situate in the center of Antigua and close to all the major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby including Ta'Cool Taco for lunch or Cafe Boheme for breakfast. Rooms were clean, spacious and the two rooftop terraces provide beautiful views of the volcanoes. For those with a vehicle, parking is available off-site for an additional charge.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was only one block from the main square. It had wonderful kitchen and laundry facilities. Rooms were a generous size and hours had a wonderful terrace off it.

A small thing...we had a private bathroom but it was located outside of the bedroom we had. A very slight inconvenience, not a game changer.

A great place to stay in Antigua. It's nice to have a kitchen to cook in. The room was large and clean. The location of the property is fantastic, close to so many things. They also do laundry for a good price. Overall, well worth it

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable (you feel the springs), but the other one was fine. Everything else was perfect!
