This is a great hotel, with a special round architecture. Rooms are on the first floor in a circle. Spacious rooms, with comfortable beds, balcony, good wifi, elevator, lounge and terrace area. Staff are very nice and helpful. There's a very good pub and restaurant on the ground floor, to the side facing the river, so a good place to spend the evening. Bicycles can be stored safely. Tip: It's good to get the rooms facing the street, i.e. South, S-E or S-W. Must: take advantage of the huge spa/pool/wellness center, just a 3 minute walk away. The parks at the back of the hotel and on the other side of the street are also really nice and relaxing for a stroll. Downtown is very close by, just over the bridge. Overall great value for money.

A water boiler / tea kettle in the room would have topped it.

Apples treat each new day at the reception counter. Cosy room with windows facing the river with nice scenery.

There is no change of towel when it is placed on the side of the sink to suggest a change. The cleaner can be more alert to get the hint. Instead it was put back to the holder. Also there is no boiler jug and cups. These are basics to have for a good stay experience.

Clean, friendly staff, great price performance ratio, good wifi, close to the center, silent neighbourhood (in winter).

The heating is done by the aircondition unit, which has to be on the whole night to heat (it has a silent buzz). The temperature can be set only by the receptionist (he adjusted it on demand). Some cleaning agent smell in the room, but it was tolerable.

Nice hotel on an island, very close walking distance to the historical centre of Győr. We had a spacious nice and comfortable room on the second floor. It is a very nice location (1km walk from the train station) and good value for money.

The only minor point is the fact that the rooms on the first floor have their balconies directly under the windows of the rooms on the second floor. This can be noisy if people use their balconies on the first floor and talk late in the evening there (for example on a warm summer night). However, the rooms have AC and if one closes one's windows there also is no noise issue from below. Only if one switches off the AC and sleeps/prefers to sleep with open windows, this may be an issue in some cases.

Efficient English speaking staff, very reasonable breakfast, location in a garden close-by the city centre (nice in summer I suppose)

Nothing special. (Don't forget to ask the staff to switch on the airconditioning if you need that, the reception can determine the desired temperature for each room, never saw such a system).

One of our lovely pla es to stay in Hungary as we often travel through to our holiday home in Bulgaria. The food is excellent and very attentive staff. The only criticism would be the upstairs rooms slightly congested with no balcony as with the guests below. All in all, will always go back....downstairs

This was a nice place for us, comfy and in the center of Gyor. Staff was nice and friendly.

We had a dog with us, so we had to pay an extra fee of 20 euro for him + parking + city tax, and in total it was almost double than the price of the room. So take this into consideration when booking here while having a pet. And on the rules for pets it's said that if the room needs extra cleaning for your pet you have to pay again a fee, extra of those 20 euro. It wasn't the case for us, just letting others know.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly, the place was clean, the bathroom was well-equipped. The location was very good, in the city center and also not far from the train station, the room had a TV and a terrace with a nice view.

The Internet could be better. The street outside was a bit noisy around midnight.

It was clean and the location was superb.

At the restaurant they took 14% of the value of the consumption as a tip on our receipt, without telling us anything. When we asked why, they said that's how it's done. That was very ugly.

The room was quite big and had a balcony. Clean and well prepared. Location is just at the corner of downtown. You can enjoy your stay there. Breakfast and parking extra charged.

Parking fee. When I check and filter "Free Parking" it looks like that. Then when you check out hey ask 9 Euro for parking.
