I arrived very early morning and the main gate of the building was locked. I had to literally scream as the watchman was fast asleep. Even after he got up he didn’t guide me properly and took the wrong lift to go to 12th floor where I rang the bell but there was no response. There are no signboard which says Theory9 is on which floor. Finally I had to call the number and someone then came down.

I think you need to do some sound proofing of the room as I could hear honking and dogs barking in the night which is a big nuisance especially when someone is tired and want to get sound sleep

The rooms, service

Smallish bathrooms. The hot water is barely enough for 1 person in each bathroom.

The location was OK and all the people working there were very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was average, the room set up wasn't ideal, a TV in each bedroom but nothing in the large living room so during the day if you wanted to watch TV you had to lie in bed (very uncomfortable). Getting access to the room was difficult, it wasn't ready when we arrived. I had previously informed them that we would be arriving at 12 noon due to our flight arrival in Mumbai and was informed this would be OK but on arrival the room hadn't been cleaned and would not be ready until 2PM (very disappointing after a long flight).

Good location, 5 minutes to the railway station. Nice employees, can stop the elevator and give you the water which you asked before. Special thanks to Jayesh, which explained to me many things, helped to buy sim card and book the taxi to airportwooden floors are perfect. Good breakfast. I enjoyed.

There is a building construction near the hotel and they start at 6am. Not enough silence in the room, but a India is not about the silence ) Maybe elevators are too slow, I lived on 12th floor. No any boilers in the room, but it is in main public room.

This is an service apartment. The booking.com states that the kitchenette is inclusive but its a common space where all guests can use. The premises were well maintained. In-fact I wanted to extend the stay by a day, but the lady in the front office gave me a higher rate then what I was already paying and was rude enough to suggest that I find some other means of booking if I wanted the same price. They did arrange for a follow up call, but I had already managed to find another accommodation in the meanwhile. So a lovely stay ended with a bad taste in the mouth.

The room service staff was mostly absent. We had to make local phone calls to get attention. The room doesn't have a room service bell or phone call service from the room. Clearing the tables after meals was done after hours. So piles of used plates and cutlery was a common sight.

The location was fantastic, the rooms was very comfortable and clean. We also liked the amenities provided in the apartment. The breakfast was average, so perhaps they can improve on choices a bit more.

There was no air conditioning in the breakfast area, this made it stuffy to sit.

I am a long time guest at this property visiting since 2019. The location is perfect and makes you feel at home. The staff is excellent and takes care of all your needs from time to time. It’s noteworthy to have a special mention for Jayesh and Vaibhav who do not let you feel unattended. Suraj the chef makes excellent food which make cannot be missed. Let him know in advance and he will make the perfect meal. The house keeping staff is upto the mark and keeps the room neat and clean and ensures all the essentials are given by Sumeet.

The rooms are spacious but there is no luggage tray to stow your extra baggage. Also staff needs to attend for luggage moving if there are more than 4 guests in the family.

We really appreciated our stay at the Theory9. The staff has been incredebly helpful, allowing us a very late check in in the night. Moreover, the second day we had a problem with the furniture and they upgraded our room immediately. Theor9 are cozy apartments in the heart of Bandra, which is the city’s most hip area at the moment. Colaba is one hour or even more away, but from Theory9 you can walk to numerous restaurants and bars.

Room size, overall cleanliness, pricing for mumbai, location, lounging area Madhav, the head staff was very welcoming, and other staff were very helpful for any needs. Including bringing deliveries from downstairs.

Room specific problem (1301.4) - since kitchen and dining is common. It got loud in our room during breakfast time. The kitchen could be cleaner. The fan worked at only the highest or lowest speed.

Clean, comfortable and nice designed room. Staff was good, special thanks to Mr Vaibhav who was helping with any issues. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check out. Location is good, it is easy to reach from the airport. There is a good Cafe and a Restaurant in the neighbourhood (but also some others which we didn't try).

You hear the street a bit but especially the shared room in the middle where people take breakfast in the morning.
