Really lovely place, the nicest looking around! The breakfast buffet was amazing including live dosa and egg stations and we really loved the fresh fruit selection. I can't eat gluten but this wasn't a problem as there was so much else I could have. The staff were super helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our bags after we checked out while we went on a trip. Would stay here again! The room itself was great too, super comfortable king sized bed.

The water in the shower was variable, sometimes super hot sometimes cold.

There was some construction going on in the hall during the day that was very noisy. Also I ordered the beetroot arugula salad twice. Great flavors. However the second time was the day we left and I got diarrhea and vomiting from the salad. It started when the first got on the plane and lasted for the next 5 hours. I went through all my clothes and had to be wrapped in airline blankets. Because the first time I had the salad it was ok I decided to have it again. Obviously someone handling my food wasn’t careful enough.

Unhelpful staff at reception once checkout wqs done. However shivnath was very reliable and helpful.

Really lovely, friendly staff. Amazing cafe, breakfast room, and roof top bar, with superb food and drinks. The coffees are amazing in the cafe.

Our safe in the room didn’t work. I asked a staff member to look at it, whilst I went out, but was not sure of the outcome. I asked another staff member the next day. He was really helpful, but said I need to ask in the morning when the electrician is around. I therefore used the safe in my sisters room, 3 floors down. Also, the toilet was in the shower and there was no shower curtain/door, so it sprayed out. My sisters room has a separate shower which worked better.

Bloom in Bandra (Mumbai) has an excellent location and very friendly, helpful staff. Carter promenade and Linking Road are both within walking distance. I'm a very poor sleeper, so greatly appreciated the staff going out of their way to find me a quiet room. At first, it felt a bit odd to be doing all communications via text messages, but you quickly get used to it and it's very efficient. The Veranda restaurant, Rooftop bar/restaurant and Record coffee shop all have a great selection of food, drinks and records. They also have a co-working space next to the coffee shop that usually has available space during my visit.

The breakfast selection is limited. More types of fruit (I've ever only seen watermelon and papaya during my 3 visits), muesli/granola, non- or low-fat milk, and espresso drinks would be great additions. Despite the ad for the breakfast in the elevator, which features a big photo of a dosa, I have never seen those offered.

great clean hotel with lovely coffee shop and breakfast area. Good location near hotel and new road links to the southern part of Mumbai made this a perfect location to stay in. Team were accommodating with giving us an early check-in which helped us greafully.

Number given by booking.com and on the hotel website wouldn't work for us. we had a relative get a friend in Mumbai to give us a working phone number to allow us to confirm our booking which was a little stressful.

The hotel is in an ideal location and in a nice neighborhood to walk with nice restaurants. The room was nice, comfortable and spacious for one person. All the staff was friendly and polite. Anything I needed they were there to help. I used the laundry services and my clothes came better fresh and clean. I had dinner at the terrace restaurant and they were very helpful by making my food without spices as I am allergic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

The rooms are not very sound proof so you could hear noises from the corridor and other rooms. I would recommend to enrich a bit the breakfast. Not many international choices.

Bloom is located in the heart of urban life in India. You step into the chaos, colour and vibrancy of India the moment you step our of the hotel. Wonderful! The beds are the most comfortable I slept on in my travels all over India and the staff are all very helpful

Location was very good, with places to shop, eat and close to the airport. Staff were efficient and helpful. Best thing was that it felt very safe for single women. Good coffee and lime sodas, quick room service.

Breakfast could have been better. There was a big spread but taste was average. They should switch to large glass bottles with filtered drinking water rather than wasteful tiny plastic bottles. Mineral water can be provided on request to guests.
