Very clean and tidy. The doorman Sanchit I would say has the best personality out of all the staff followed by the kitchen waiter Oliver. The room service team of Pravin, Sachin and Durai did an exceptional job leaving the room spotless. Considering I was there for dental work at Dentzz, the accommodation is perfectly situated with both clinics situated only minutes from the entrance. There is 24 hour security at the entrance to the facility with the front desk manned the same. Breakfast was more than adequate considering a number of the guest were there for dental work at Dentzz as well including full mouth reconstruction requiring a different type of cuisine. Oliver the waiter when working would always try and cater for individual needs as required.

Front desk staff need to be a little more relaxed when dealing with guests. Although they are professional in their approach it could be dealing with the odd difficult guest has made them a little defensive, and abrupt until they get to know you, something management could work on.

Lovely hotel, well run, great location, friendly staff, good value for money

It's difficult to criticize this hotel whilst they have major building works going on. The first room (first floor) I was given was so noisy it was like living in the building site. After 3 days, I advised Reception and they swiftly moved me to a very quiet room on the fifth floor and all was well from that point. Sanchit the doorman is THE man! Quiet and unassuming but makes things happen if you ask. The Origin Cafe in the basement is always deserted but I'm not sure why. It's spotlessly clean, the food is excellent as is the service, prices low. I ate there daily and was never disappointed. In fact, I ate elsewhere and was disappointed by both quality and price in comparison.

Great value for money, extremely comfortable rooms & friendly staff.

Every foreigner got a good morning sir, but for the locals it was just a smile. That did not go down well. Local Indians are also guests & don't stay for free.

While the hotel was good, what I didn't appreciate was the works going on with the installation of the new lift. I was in Mumbai for dental surgery & spend almost my entire time in the hotel due to the risk of infection.

What I didn't appreciate was having to pay an outrageous price through booking.com. You know that international travellers are at a disadvantage because we don't understand the value of things in other countries. In future I will book directly with the hotel, so you won't be getting any more business from me you rip off cnt.

The staff all around were amazing and gave love and support and we're always polite and caring and made me feel comfortable and relaxed within my stay for the week I was there. when changing from the Bawa suites the hotel senior staff were amazing and made my transition between the two hotels easy and satisfying. I was always treated with respect and with the greatest care and consideration as I was there for my dental work. Every single staff member was so kind and generous with their time and understandings for quality care and assurance. I recommend The Bawa suites hotel to anyone and everyone. The room was large and spotless and I felt very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff that made my stay there an amazing experience. I liked everything.

I choose the property to suit my needs as I was in India for a couple of crowns (dental work) the Hotel Bawa Suites was one of several that the dentist recommended for proximity to the dental practice. And I couldn’t have chosen better. The room was of a good size and very comfortable for my needs, the room attendants Kishore, Savwan and Duvai were not only good at attending to the room services but very proud of their work. The smiles when I saw them were what delighted me the most, and a clean pressed room with a freshly mopped floor everyday was a privilege to have. I was sick when I was there, unfortunately, but knowing the room was cleaned properly, most likely helped in my recovery. The night manager, Suresh, gave me the biggest welcome when I arrived, later than expected, and at some unfriendly hour, but his warm welcoming attitude never stopped. When I became unwell on my 3-4 day, I rang down requesting hot water and honey, it was evident that I was sick, Suresh rushed up what I had requested with extra drinking water. He let me know that if I needed anything from the chemist he would organise to bring me whatever I needed. I thanked him and stayed in my room, the next night, as soon as he started work, he rang my room to check on me and see if I required hot water and honey or anything from the chemist, and again the next night. It was such a reassuring feeling to know that someone was aware of my health, if I deteriorated I know that I would have been assisted just because the night manager, Suresh, had kept an eye of my welfare. I was probably in my room for a good 4-5 days, only left for the dentist and food, as I had pills to take. I tried to stay away from the other guests so that I didn’t make anyone else unwell but they were such a friendly bunch it was difficult to keep them away! All of that has nothing to do with the “hotel” per se but it’s always a good feeling to know that you are safe when you are far from home.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful! The food from the restaurant was also amazing! The pillows were like clouds. Always got me extra water! So close to everything I needed

The bed was very hard but ok because the pillows and doona were comfy! First room I was booked into I could smell the mould instantly and there was black mould in the aircon! Wasn’t going to spend another night in that room! So toxic ! BUTTTT!!! The hotel actually upgraded my room and cleaned out the aircon vents! Room was great! It’s not the Ritz but it was comfy for me for 16 nights and the perfect location!

Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food. Coffee was excellent and the staff efficient All the staff throughout the hotel were pleasant friendly and efficient

A breakfast menu with the various egg options would have been good rather than finding out what you could order by looking at other people’s plates A client sitting room would be excellent rather than always having to go into the restaurant
