Absolutely spotlessly clean ! Great staff the whole team were fantastic! The security staff were friendly and diligent! The porters were friendly! The reception staff were friendly and efficient! Anil a cleaner was so friendly and helpful. The fabulously well equipped gym staff were friendly and helpful! I have been a regular gym goer for 42 years and this was such a well equipped gym I would place in my top 3 ! For professional fitness fanatics / bodybuilders this is a great , great gym with sauna and steam room ! The pool is very nice and the pool staff are always at hand ! The room had a double jacuzzi bath nice rainfall shower! The double bed was pocket sprung and very comfortable! The kitchen and living room in the studio rooms was spacious and well equipped! There were3 flat screen tvs with international channels ! The airco was very good ! The restaurant had a varied buffet of delicious options plus they are happy to cook different breakfast options upon order - waffles pancakes fried/scrambled eggs etc… This is a great 4* hotel with very high standards! I already booked another 15 nights this time with my family, which speaks for itself !

Ramee Techome was my best stay in India !! Really clean property with very friendly staffs!! Special thanks to Taabish who’s helped us with our exhaustive sightseeing list in Mumbai with his friendly nature and to Bhavesh as well for being kind to us. Food from the restaurant was amazing and local markets were not far away!! Jacuzzi was perfect, I’d defo recommend !

The hotel itself its beautiful, some staff are amazing, they go out of their way to help, its very Comfortable. Well equipped rooms, i had a great stay!

1) Some staff need to fix their attitude. 2) they charge alot for room service!! Those charges cost more than the food itself, so guys better to order from outside on delivery, its much cheaper! And their drinking water is 4 times higher than outside! 3)its right ontop of a train platform, so thats 24 hours noise for you weak sleepers. 4) before making any payments, always check your bills, they claim we get 15% discount on food and beverage, and i stayed there 10 days , they gave me the discount first 2 days, thereafter they never added the discount, bill was paid for, later i realised something was wrong, and indeed it was, they have said they transfer me back, but again thats an inconvenience!

Very convenient having an apartment with facilities to make a longer stay in Mumbai much more convenient. The location was really good - walking distance to plenty of good shopping and services. Staff were very helpful and friendly, excellent to have a call up each day to check what time was convenient for room cleaning. Cleaning services were excellent. Room service food was very nice - good selection of authentic Indian dishes at reasonable cost and service was friendly and quite fast. Overall very good value for money - definitely recommend.

The only thing I thought could be improved was the provision of items in the kitchen. Having a kitchen with cooking facilities was really great, but a few basic items missing - no can opener or sieve for example. Also having a washing machine provided is excellent, but really need a drying rack for clothes afterwards.

I spent 4 nights in Mumbai at an average yet overpriced hotel, looking for other options and couldn't find any. However, I decided to have a good night's sleep at a more expensive place just for one night and this place did not disappoint. You should know that hotels aren't that great unless they're from the bigger groups like Radisson, Taj, Trident. And this place comes a bit closer for a slightly more affordable price. Food: good quantity, light on the stomach and relatively tasty. The room: it was clean, spacious and had appropriate lighting. Staff: extremely helpful and quick to respond. Just that the reception in most cases didn't pick up but housekeeping and room service did. Would recommend the place for a short visit if you've got deep pockets.

Just one major drawback was how my keycard didn't work and I had to spend time without electricity and called housekeeping to help with it for the 2-3 times I took it out to go out and come back. They said it was a new keycard and didn't fit properly but if they've fixed this issue then there's nothing else.

Overall clean and decent location. Nice big beds and bathtub.

Rather unorganised and service wasn't at the standard I would expect. Couple examples: Missed my airport pickup (after confirming via email and WhatsApp up to my flight departure. Had to borrow a phone to call them as I didn't have a working number yet - and no one responded on the WhatsApp. Also kept getting my check out date wrong - one morning called me twice within an hour to ask when I was checking out on the wrong day. The shower doesn't drain correctly and quickly floods the bathroom floor.

The stay was very pleasant, staff was very generous and I must say the food quality is too good at your residence. Spending time at this place was worth it.

Here's my only suggestion to you is that I found the size of the bathroom is too congested and to control wet & dry areas you need to add a separator.

The one member of staff on the front desk was rude and dismissive he took a phone call while in the middle of dealing with me and was very unwelcoming it was such a shame as another member of staff was very helpful I felt he really let his team down and our experience.

Very Polite staff and prompt service. Very clean hotel. My second time here and no problem.

One problem which i was very upset. As I needed a late checkout and the manager or the lady in charge told me we are full and even if i wanted to stay after 12 it would be full charge. Which was absolutely crazy. I am a frequent traveler and many times i have had late checkouts. This was very upsetting. and there were rooms available on booking.com.

Great location, comfortable room, 24 hour reception desk with the possibility to check in late at night.

The music in the lobby area by the lifts was very loud one morning. However, this was switched off once I notified the staff at reception.
