The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming & polite & became like family during our stay, particularly the doorman. However, all staff work diligently. Our thanks to all of them! The daily serviced apartments was lovely, and the laundry service exceptional! Breakfast was always good, and there was a great selection. We always felt safe walking as two women around Bandra West, the location of the hotel was central to all our needs. We have made memories for a lifetime in Bombay! The mould was an issue in most of the rooms, this can cause health issues in people with sensitivity. Perhaps more attention to detail with cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms/shower areas. Additional regular cleaning of the aircon would be great.

I loved the ease of everything at the Grand Residency. The location was super central. Staff were welcoming, Check in was quick and smooth and the room was large and comfortable, with a generous kitchenette attached. The balcony was a bonus for some fresh air when required. Most of all, the noise cancelling glass bay windows kept is silent and easy to catch a good rest. Bonus was the included breakfast which was hearty and delicious. Special commendation to Front desk check in and other staff - Shankesh, Francis and others. Housekeeping was excellent! Room very clean and deodorised and fresh when requested. The doorman was a delight and always ready with a hearty 'Hello' and restaurant staff, attentive and fabulous.

Not much really. Coffee could be better, but hey, it wasn't bad.

Breakfast spread is excellent. Lots of choice and very tasty. Everything from South Indian food, to western options is available. Fresh breads, cereals, fruits - everything was available and there's a nice little restaurant to have breakfast with good service. Room was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and also clean. Very quite room though it is right by a busy road, but room was not noisy.

The Do Not Disturb sign outside room is electronic, so that kept glitching a bit. Due to this housekeeping entered my rom in the mornings a couple of times when I was asleep - the hotel needs to improve this.

breakfast was apt - the cooking station gave some variations. Location in bandra is excellent.

we thought the room could be cleaner, I suppose the monsoons have this effect in hotels, the bathroom particularly the shower wasn't cleaned properly. the key worked at times and didn't - not sure what the problem was. Used the gym but its very basic and I was desperate to get some exercise in - suggest you have at least a bench to do free weight exercises.

Rooms apparently are in the process of being renovated. Would have preferred having a renovated room. Very near a school, so during the times of the school opening or closing, the street outside the hotel would get very crowded with traffic and difficult for Uber to get to the hotel.

Breakfast was good. The location to shopping areas.

The size of the room, beds and bathroom. I expected one queen bed and a futon bed. But was offered one queen bed and a rollaway bed in the living room. I added a fourth guest later and so they rolled in another bed in the living room. The two rollaway beds and the sofa took up the living room space. Also, based on the booking, I expected two bathrooms. We got one full bath and one powder room. Not sure if our original booking was for the Residency part or the Hotel part. This should be clarified by Booking.com or by the hotel at the time of booking.

It was so lovely and quiet at night. The rooms were very comfortable as were the beds. Excellent Room Servicing, our rooms were cleaned and beds made every day. The staff were great and treated us extremely well. The proximity to where we needed to be each day was perfect, within walking distance which was a really bonus

The only criticism we would have was how unreliable the WiFi was. We’re not sure whether it was just our room that experienced this but the connection dropped out all the time so that we were using our own data without realising it.

In heart of Bandra, close to many shops and easily accessible. The staff and facilities were good, and good breakfast served.

The room i got (501) had a musty, humidity smell when i first went in. After switching the a/c on for few hours, the smell went away. Maybe you could have the place deep cleaned to avoid it in the future.

The staff are the stand-out feature of this property. Everyone was friendly, smiling and very helpful. They all contributed to making our stay easy and comfortable, even though we were working most of the time. The buffet breakfast was good and you are able to order fresh made dosa each morning.

The gym was not particularly useful and the few machines there looked neglected. We chose not to use the space as small and dark. The electricity in the room was erratic, meaning the fridge stopped working along with half the power points at one stage. The property is overpriced for the offering, and the charge for an airport transfer was absurd (we booked uber instead for a third of the fare); however, despite this, I would still stay again (a short stay) for the location and friendly staff.

Fantastic location, staff were professional and welcoming, room very comfortable. The kitchenette was well-appointed and fresh mineral water was provided daily. Overall great value and highly recommended.

Room was extremely clean but would benefit from some additional maintenance, e.g. to address some mould issues and peeling wallpaper in the corridor.
