It was a good stay and that too at prime location hence its very affordable. It's is service apartment so you can't expect it to be like a hotel. Breakfast was good ... It's all homemade ...I had aaloo paratha and toast and omelette which were very good. Tea was also very good. Since no rooms were available at that time I got an upgraded room which was nice and airy. Hot water is available in bathroom. TV was fully functional.

Towel and soap weren't provided. Since I carried one with me so I faced no issues. There is no intercom in room so you have to go to 1st floor reception for everything.

location was superb,Brekfast and Dinner was fresh and good .

Extra 2000 was charges with rude comment ,Maneger asked to leave the room after 1day of alloutment or pay 2000 more .Refused for whole appartment only gave Bedtoom , 4 staffmember slept in given hall outside Bedroom which was bit shocking ,they all watched videos on phone till late night which was very distrubing .

Was frustrated not finding the location. I feel once booking confirm they can call and reach out for people easy. I find the rooms and hospitality very good. Manager and staff are very hospitable. In fact they saved the deal with me. I was about to cancel my booking as I was frustrated but manager called me and guide me. Definitely staying again in my next visit to Mumbai. On better note breakfast could be abit improved it was focused on local travellers and different people have different test. All in all I recommend this place. Safe. Clean and importantly hospitable staff.

It was a great experience of staying there from location, hospitality, and cleanliness point of view. The whole staff was courteous, specially Mr Sharvana, who upon my request upgraded us to Deluxe room from standard, at no cost. Also, sign-up for breakfast, it was simple but delicious, specially the tea.

Please update bed size description on Booking.com, as for standard room & deluxe room it is showing same as "1 large double bed" which should be good for family of 3 (husband, wife & 4 year old). But in actual, bed size in standard room is suitable for max 2 people. Thanks to Mr Sharvana, who upgraded us to Deluxe at no cost.

The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!

The staffs were amazing right from check in until check out. Special thanks to Kundan and Pankaj, all our requests were taken care of and they are available 24x7. Though we had a slight issue with water availability they moved us to another room.Food was delicious. overall a great place to stay with mind blowing service!

Toilet maintenance required

hotel is located very good and close to the station and sleeper bus stop. room view was ok and the window and small balcony gives supervisor touch. stuff was nice and polite. hot water and wifi a was also there. mosquito net is there

kettle was broken by someone before me, but that was fixed. the bed is actually two, not one

it is conveniently located next to PF office. Near Bandra Magistrate courts.
