Breakfast was ok I only went upstairs once because am not a Breakfast person I will say I enjoyed all other of their meals and always on time hot and juice drinks are fresh at affordable rate.

The staff were super friendly and the location was very close to my main destination I really enjoyed my stay ☺️ and I will surely recommend Mr faizan at the reception was such a good person and very helpful 👍

Staff really went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Location was excellent. It was quite safe and close to shopping area. Room was quite spacious. The owner of the hotel launched a new restaurant next door and he invited family for a grand launch dinner on their opening night. I had no idea and thought they were opened for business. The owner nevertheless welcomed me and asked that I stay for dinner at no cost at all. I was so impressed by his kind gesture and it really made my stay so much more enjoyable. He truly knows how to make his guests feel welcomed. I was able to store my luggage after checkout for quite a while.

Bed was not to my liking but management ensured that they changed the bed for me without a fuss. I was really happy with the great service.

I love the location,very nice staff from the doorman to the receptionist to the breakfast area staff. The breakfast was tasty n accordingl to my choice and everyday different indian food options. the room was spacious n more importantly the bathroom was of a good size. the staff was always there to bring their help and security at the door was on point. bed was comfortable. many good restaurants were nearby on linking road which is only 2-3 mins away.outside the hotel can get a rickshaw at any time

WiFi was slow. air conditioning didn’t work efficiently so had to switch on the ceiling fan but the fan was noisy. at night due to road construction it was noisy.

I enjoyed my stay here. I came for a workshop in Bandra and stayed here. This hotel is in a main area well connected to shops and the staff is professional and kind. I felt safe here as a female traveller to Mumbai & their food is also very good at breakfast and I was comfortable in my stay here

It’s at the central location of Bandra West so it’s easier to catch Autos or just walk since everything is within 1-2km distance

Not really the property’s fault but you won’t be able to book Ola or Uber at all. The location is a double edge sword since it’s also at the most busiest road so you can always find yourself caught up in unnecessary traffic

It was beautiful! The views, the staff, the location. It was calm. Everything was nice.

The floors were really dirty and food for breakfast didnt appear clean.

I like the location of the hotel very much as it is nearby Linking road and the market and all the transport is also available for the different places. Hotel Grace Galaxy upgraded my room also and accepted my request for a little early check-in. Value for money stay. Soon visit again whenever I will travel back to Mumbai.

Hotels should keep hygiene in terms of bath towels and face towels as they smell a little bad.

The breakfast was ok need more cereal to choose from.

The Receptionist was very helpful, especially Mr Faizan.

Has to be printed and .maintenance has to be done to render it more attractive,+ WIFI has to be improved as connectivity very low in rooms
