The hotel has two pools, one in front which stays shaded most of the day and one at the back which is a long rectangle and has a waterfall at the end. Hotel ends at the road and continues across with a restaurant on the beach. The beach here is a bit rocky and corally but great for snorkelling. Bring beach shoes for sure. Very pleased with the eco-friendly water arrangements - each block of rooms had a water station to fill your bottles. A glass jug was provided in the room and kettle so you could fill without buying and wasting plastic bottles

Food at the restaurant was ok.

Wonderful place to stay with kids. It is right on the beach so we could swim out the front with turtles every morning. They have two lovely pools which our kids (2 and 4) loved. We also enjoyed the included breakfast buffet which had a wide range of food (although we mainly ate pancakes, muesli, yoghurt etc.) They have a movie playing out the front on the beach every night which is a great option for kids while you eat. We stayed in the renovated rooms which were great and they placed us right by one of the pools which was perfect. There are several restaurants around the resort with beach side dinning and amazing sunsets. It is away from any loud bars and clubs so it was very relaxing and not too busy. Air con in the room was amazing. There were large animal statues around the resort which are a bit random but our kids loved them and they also played on the playground every day.

The food is a little average for lunch and dinner. They have a lot of bikes available to rent but none with kids seats attached (they rung around a few other companies and couldn't find any) so the only way to get around was by horse which can get expensive. We just walked as far as we could though and did have fun just swimming and relaxing around our area. We sometimes had low water pressure in our shower or no hot water but they were always quick to fix it. Cleaning of the room could be more thorough - particularly the floors.

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway! Our stay at this wonderful beachfront accommodation was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, but special thanks go to Putri and Nyoman, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable—our room, and even the beach were always spotless. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The restaurant offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and to our surprise and delight, they even served authentic Hungarian goulash! It was a taste of home in a tropical paradise. Waking up to breathtaking ocean views, relaxing under the palm trees, and experiencing such heartfelt hospitality made this a trip to remember. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel and really friendly staff. The rooms were super clean and huge! Nice comfy big bed. The breakfast was nice. Food at the restaurant was okay, not amazing, but there are plenty of other options close by to try. Eating breakfast on the beach whilst watching turtles surface and swim around was amazing though. Throughout our visit what really stood out were the super friendly restaurant and front of house staff, all friendly and always polite and smiling every time we saw them. The highlight of the stay was we went on a fishing trip and brought the fish we caught back to the hotel and got the kitchen to fry them and serve with great side dishes 10/10, thanks again to the great staff to making this happen.

The second pool at the back of the hotel was beautiful BUT had a very bad smell coming from somewhere, the drains i think. Also the pool bar was never manned, so we couldn’t get drinks or food when by the pool. We came as a couple, it’s a very child friendly hotel, which is fine but would suggest to make the back pool adults only and the front one specifically for children, just a suggestion..

EVERYTHING! The hotel is high quality, rooms are spacious, modern and with everything you need. The hotel has facilities for every need and it adapts to all ages. Amazing decoration, furniture is modern and minimalistic and everything is clean! We were going to stay for less days, but as soon as we arrived, we extended our stay! Staff is INCREDIBLE, honestly, makes such a difference, when people greet you smiling and wanting to help all the time! Shout out to Budi, he is such a great member of staff, he took care of us during our whole stay! Thank you so much

Maybe sometimes the language barrier makes it difficult to communicate needs, but overall we always were understood and staff was super high standard, friendly and kind.

Amazing place! We really loved our stay there. Everything is clean, the room was nice and spacious and so was the bathroom. They also provide the beach towels. The bed was big and really comfortable, probably the best one from all the hotels I stayed at so far. We rented the bikes, and you also have an option to rent snorkeling masks. There are multiple places where you can fill up your water bottle. It is located right on the beach and you can use the beach beds for free. You have a big selection for breakfast if you can eat everything, but not so many dairy and gluten free options. However, there are a lot of places on the island that do (also the restaurant Karma next door to the hotel). Everyone from the staff is really nice and helpful.

The shower drain and pressure are not the best, but it could be worse. Coffee could also be better and I really wished they would have fresh coconuts available at the hotel, because we were getting them from the restaurant next door and everyone was asking for them as well. You might have to consider that the place is a bit further from the port and the main transport is horse carriage. Since the horses are not treated well, we walked with our 30kg suitcases from and to the port, which was quite a workout, but it was worth the hassle.

Wonderful big room with the comfiest bed ever. Great bathroom and also clean with great Aircon. Big TV with Netflix if you wanted it. Great location at far end of Island. Easy to get to though by bike / horse. (Please read up on horses as their situation is much better than some people would have you think - there are strict rules about how they are looked after and how much work they can do- just make sure you don’t overload a horse and cart just to save yourself a few bucks on hiring to drivers/horses ). It is Easy to take a bicycle to busiest spots or right round the whole island. Saw many turtles snorkelling at turtle point just opposite LUTWALA Dive shop a few doors down from the hotel. Had lovely food on the beach bit of the restaurant belonging to hotel. Try the beef rendang. Two Great pools one of which was brilliant for lengths. Staff so friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back. We hired bikes from the hotel because they were best quality and the same price as other street vendors. So many lovely restaurants around we recommend JALI Kitchen and Gili Teak for lovely evening meals and Katu cafe and bayan tree for brunch. We went diving with Lutwala dive and would really recommend too.

Room service didn’t come until later in the day so sometimes rubbish left in the room if we were back having an afternoon rest when they wanted to do the room.

The renovated rooms were very comfortable. It was great to have a room near the front of the resort. The pools were great. The hotel was situated perfectly right on the north beach with other facilities and restaurants in easy walking. The north beach is the quieter part of Gili Trawangan which suited us perfectly. It was the perfect place to see both the sunrise and sunset over the water. It was a great place to relax.

Please provide hooks in the room to hang the towels. The breakfast was usual for this standard of hotel but not outstanding and overpriced. We would prefer the coffee to be hotter, as with all the cooked food, and the food area was too congested. The lap pool at the back of the resort was great, but it needs extra ladders to enter and exit.

OMG!! This property is just beautiful. It was everything and more than what we expected it to be. Extremely clean and well-kept. The staff was attentive and very nice. The pools were amazing, the beach views were to die for. The Wi-Fi (internet) was great. Much to my surprise, I was getting 5G service (Telkomsel) on Gilli T and Jumbulwuk, too (although I did not need it on the property). If I ever come to Gilli T again (I hope I do), I will only stay at Jumbulwuk. For the price, the stay is extraordinary. They also have an in-house restaurant with Halal food options. The pool and ping pong tables are a nice touch, I really liked playing with others. This property is at just enough distance from the hustle and bustle of the main island, overlooking pristine blue waters and by walking 5 minutes, you will see the best sunrises and sunsets in all of Bali and it's neighbouring islands. Will recommend 10/10
