Modern hotel with very well equipped room and bathroom, we had a very nice ocean and hotel garden view from the 5th floor. Very nice swimming pool. We especially enjoyed cuisin in hotel restaurant, we got there one of the best meals in out 3-week stay in Indonesia. I highly recommend to try! We unfortunately had only one lunch there but still very good experience. Sunset on the beach is fantastic, there is one very photogenic tree in the middle.

The beach is nice but still you cannot go to the ocean. It is simply not nice - water is cloudy. It is not a mistake of the hotel, there are mangrove trees nearby and the the subsoil is muddy. But what is a big failure of the hotel is that there was a guy at the corner of the hotel beach who was burning trash all day long, including plastics and even put old fins on it, we could smell burning rubber. This is something completely incomprehensible to Europeans in a 4-star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this small resort just outside Labuan Bajo. Clean rooms, spotless sheets and towels and incredibly helpful and charming staff. There was a lovely pool overlooking the small beach, from which we watched glorious sunsets each evening. Packed breakfasts were available for anyone going out at 5am on a Komodo Islands trip. Very close to the new airport (but no noise) - so close that if you forget your hand luggage, it’s a 4-minute ride to pop back and collect it 😊

People watching videos on their mobiles at full volume in the restaurant or by the pool should be banned!

Very nice location, easy to reach with a nice quiet small private beach. It has a resort feeling vibe or atmosphere. The staff was kind, the pool is big enough - only watch out that guests tend to occupy several beach loungers even since morning so expect high competition! We stayed for 8 nights and felt very comfortable, loved the food too - not so many options at the restaurant but their seafood basket and seafood salads are very much recommended. WiFi is ok, can be slow at times. Perhaps they can improve this. But all in all, happy we stayed there.

Not I didn’t like per se, but the gym can be bit bigger so less waiting for other guests to queue.

Friendly and attentive staff, good location, value for money for dinner in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful in getting taxis for us and advising on day trips and activities. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. I liked too that they had many trainees on the staff who were carefully supervised. Good to see the hotel actively supporting and developing their industry.

The equipment in the gym was very outdated and limited. There was only one treadmill. The weights machine wasn’t functional at all and it wasn’t possible to vary the resistance of the single exercise bike. The beach towels are threadbare and need replacing.

Good location, 20 min walk to the main tourist area of Labuan Bajo, but still in a quiet area. Breakfast was ok, though not very diverse. Really beautiful, clean and well mantained garden and pool area, perfect place to spend a a couple of relaxing days. Amazing sunset with LB port views.

The small beach in front of the hotel is, unfortunately, full of plastic from the sea. While this is not necessarily the hotel's fault and we had no expectation of using the beach and swimming in the ocean, since we knew it was near the port, I haven't seen any efforts to clean it. We are aware of the general plastic waste issues in Indonesia, but the strech of sand was quite small and a little cleaning could have helped. Also, every night there was something burning on the adiacent property, causing lots of awful smoke which also got in the rooms. I think this was a major shortcoming for what would otherwise be a pretty good hotel and they should be thinking of solving it somehow.

The hotel has lovely grounds leading to a good sized pool & a beach. The staff were friendly & helpful, the meals can be eaten outside the main dining area which was very pleasant. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, there is an egg station so you can choose how you wish your eggs to be cooked. We had dinner, again the food was ok, not better than ok. We had a nicer upgraded room this time with a larger & better finished bathroom, the last bathroom was smaller & had a plastic shower curtain. The hotel is in a great location with those sea views, there is a dive centre on site.

The food was no better than ok and I feel they should be upping the quality of their food generally. A plastic shower curtain in our 1st room is unacceptable nowadays but all improvements are expensive to implement & I would understand if the hotel have more important priorities. And a view into the very attractive garden is great but too many people, other guests & staff, walk past your room and peer in!

I liked the spacious room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is ok. It is a decent walk into town but it is flat with a nice shaded path. There are some eateries on the way. The pool and beach are the standout of the hotel. A wonderful place to relax, swim and look out over the water. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory. The omelette was delicious. Overall a great stay.

I didn’t like that it could be hard to get a daybed at the pool. More chairs needed. It was sometimes noisy with very loud music nearby ( not the hotels fault).

The pool over looking the beach, and gardens are stunning. Rooms are clean. Staff at Wet Frog diving onsite were very helpful booking local tours.

Nothing not to like so only some small suggestions that would make the stay next level- It would be great if rooms had a little clothes drying rack for your bathers. Health room / gym should have towels provided or a way to clean off other people's sweat, it would be great if there were some seating area or garden games for kids.

the hotel is on the beach, bu t you stay mainly in the pool area with an amazing view of the bay with an amazing sunset view. Pool was great, but they should definitely explore the pool bar services where they don't have a available basic cocktails, coconut water and ice.

If you go a bit later to breakfast they don't have many items to refill, like certain breads and fruits. Pool bar should definitely be better explore on the options available and services, make available basic cocktails (gin tonic, aperol sprits) coconut water and ice.

The hotel standard is high and consistent with the number of stars. However, there are at least 2 features that distinguish this facility. Firstly, the location. It is excellent, far enough from the urban hustle and bustle of Labuan Bajo, but at the same time close enough to allow for a walk. Secondly - the garden. Great recognition is due to the gardener, whose daily work creates a special climate of a tropical Eden. In addition, the hotel service - impeccable, the laundry - excellent, the swimming pool with islands well-kept, the restaurant - impeccable, breakfasts good, although with a large predominance of Asian dishes. There are also disadvantages. The main problem is the sea, because there is no sea. The water is dirty and in my opinion unsuitable for swimming. Perhaps it is a matter of the wind, but during my 8 days at the hotel, swimming in the sea was out of the question. A long pier would significantly improve the situation, at least for adults. On the hotel premises we will find the Wet Frog diving center, but the quality of services does not meet the expected standard, unlike the amenities of the hotel itself.
