We enjoyed our stay at this small resort just outside Labuan Bajo. Clean rooms, spotless sheets and towels and incredibly helpful and charming staff. There was a lovely pool overlooking the small beach, from which we watched glorious sunsets each evening. Packed breakfasts were available for anyone going out at 5am on a Komodo Islands trip. Very close to the new airport (but no noise) - so close that if you forget your hand luggage, it’s a 4-minute ride to pop back and collect it 😊

People watching videos on their mobiles at full volume in the restaurant or by the pool should be banned!

The hotel standard is high and consistent with the number of stars. However, there are at least 2 features that distinguish this facility. Firstly, the location. It is excellent, far enough from the urban hustle and bustle of Labuan Bajo, but at the same time close enough to allow for a walk. Secondly - the garden. Great recognition is due to the gardener, whose daily work creates a special climate of a tropical Eden. In addition, the hotel service - impeccable, the laundry - excellent, the swimming pool with islands well-kept, the restaurant - impeccable, breakfasts good, although with a large predominance of Asian dishes. There are also disadvantages. The main problem is the sea, because there is no sea. The water is dirty and in my opinion unsuitable for swimming. Perhaps it is a matter of the wind, but during my 8 days at the hotel, swimming in the sea was out of the question. A long pier would significantly improve the situation, at least for adults. On the hotel premises we will find the Wet Frog diving center, but the quality of services does not meet the expected standard, unlike the amenities of the hotel itself.

the hotel is on the beach, bu t you stay mainly in the pool area with an amazing view of the bay with an amazing sunset view. Pool was great, but they should definitely explore the pool bar services where they don't have a available basic cocktails, coconut water and ice.

If you go a bit later to breakfast they don't have many items to refill, like certain breads and fruits. Pool bar should definitely be better explore on the options available and services, make available basic cocktails (gin tonic, aperol sprits) coconut water and ice.

The room was very spacious and clean. Daily room service was included as well as fresh water bottles. The pool was nice and the staff was proactive and friendly. The location of the hotel is quite remote and calm. A diving school is directly in front of the hotel even though this does only make booking easier as the diving center doesnt offer free shuttling to the harbour. Breakfast was good but nothing special.

The beach part in front of the hotel would need some daily cleaning since a lot of rubish drifts ashore. It's a little smelly around the hotel since rubish or plants are getting burnt nearby. The restaurant was ok but bothing to recommend, but a little pricy compared to other local restaurants, which means that you would want to drive/walk to town for food.

The pool with the sea view is amazing and well maintained. We also appreciated the regular room service, bringing both clean towels and bed linen. Room was large, bathroom was large, plenty of hot water. WiFi was strong and stable. We were also happy with the diving center.

The hotel is located quite far from the town center, you have to take a cab or walk for about half an hour along a busy road. Pity the beach wasn't clean enough to swim in the sea, although the hotel staff cleaned it regularly. Sometimes we struggled a bit while trying to communucate with the staff (especially in the restaurant), it was difficult for them to understand.

Perfect spot by the pool for a sunset, pool was great, staff really friendly. Lovely breakfast and the pack up breakfast for the day we went out for our Komodo trip was lovely and fresh too and ready to go at 5:30am.

Nothing really bad to say about the property, we stayed 2 nights as only there for national park trip, but if staying longer we would have rented scooters as there’s not much around it. We got a taxi into the town one night ( which the hotel organised easily for us and also to the airport).

The hotel is exactly as shown in the photos – clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities are excellent, and everything was very comfortable. Although the hotel is not right in the city center, it’s easily accessible by scooter or even on foot in about 20 minutes. Since it’s still close to town, it remains within the main pickup/drop-off zones for any external activities booked separatly, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located outside of Labuan Bajo. You need transport to get to Labuan Bajo, 75.000 Rp single trip. The swimming pool is great directly to the beach. The beach in front of the hotel isn’t very special. The breakfast is good and every other choices. You can have lunch and breakfast also at the hotel but it’s quite expensive. Almost everything is above 100.000 Rp. A Coca Cola is 60.000 Rp. In Bali you have this for 20.000 at a decent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok and some things need to be repaired. We had a family room with 2 showers.

Some things need to be repaired (electricity contacts, shower).

Nice garden and pool with access to the beach for wonderful view especially for sunset. Great dive centre (Wet Frogs) inside of the hotel. Friendly staff, big and clean room, hotel well maintained.

Would be nice to do a daily cleaning of the beach as the tide brings in garbage everyday. Would be good to have a drying line in the bathroom since there's no balcony to dry the swimming clothes

We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we had booked to stay for longer! A little further away from the main street, the location is nice and peaceful but still is an easy walk to the centre. The pool literally back out onto the beach, making for stunning views. The hotel felt modern and the room was very spacious. The breakfast had lots of variety and was tasty.

We asked if it was possible to pay a fee to use the facilities and pool after checking out while we waited for our flight, but they said no, which was a shame.
