Loved the 'hidden' element, down a long alley from the main road. I was on the third (top) floor and loved the views over the rooftops. The pool was fabulous and bed comfy. Could open the double doors to let breeze in during the day for siesta time. 5 min walk to Yoga Barn.

The room had a musty, mouldy smell, but I didn't mind too much. Just opened the doors when I could and left the bathroom fan on. I figure it goes with the climate - so humid. Also one of the two single beds wasn't very supportive, bowed down a bit in the middle.

Location is great, tucked away from the main street, protected from noise. The energy is welcoming and the entire family is supportive and accommodating to your needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Great value for money. Their puppy 'Blacky' was an unexpected bonus.

It’s an oasis in the centre of Ubud. The shower, air con and bed are great. The rooms are really bright and the pool inviting.

Nothing screams out but the young guy that showed me my first floor room commented that as I was on my own and the room was a double he would be taking the second bottle of gratis water! Also he took the 2nd towel. This would have been ok had the towel not been thin and threadbare.

I had a wonderful stay at Dugul Hidden Hotel! The location was superb, with convenient access to cafes, restaurants, and the heart of Ubud. Despite being close to the main street, the hotel was surprisingly quiet (except for occasional sounds from roosters and children). It offered a peaceful sanctuary after a day of exploring Ubud's vibrant streets. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a convenient accommodation in Ubud.

The beds were too soft for my liking, and although the towels were clean, they were stained and not absorbent enough to dry the body effectively.

Dugul Hiddenn is truly a hidden gem. Literally - it's set 3 properties back from the main street, so it's very secluded and quiet. I loved eating breakfast by the pool, listening to the small waterfalls and leaves rustling in the wind. The pool was extremely refreshing after a day of walking around Ubud. The rooms are simple but comfortable. I definitely think Dugul Hidden is a great value!

The WiFi could be faster, but I think that's an issue in most of Bali in general.

Oh my goodness the hospitality was amazing. I had to change my booking as well and they didn't penalise for the days lost and were so helpful with transport at reasonable cost. I learnt so much about the area and the hotel. I think of it as like a Paradise Hidden. You get off a very busy street, which is very central to so many things. . You do down a long pathway between other properties, and then you get to a courtyard which has a pool, variety of trees & plants, ponds and it so quiet and peaceful. I love it and would return. The room was very quaint and clean.

Like the name suggests, "hidden", its right in the hustle and bustle but set way back off the street. has a good size pool which was cool and refreshing. Breakfast was included and is very nice. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. There is plenty of restaurants/bars shopping and attractions all in walking distance, such as Sweet orange rice field walk and Monkey Forest. The location is awesome.

Our room had a damp smell which was quite noticeable every time we entered the room. (we did not mention to staff or complain). and it was not enough to stop us rebooking 4 rooms in July when we return again with family.

The location was great for walking everywhere with ease. The staff were beyond kind and helpful. Absolutely beautiful grounds, away from all traffic noise.

The towels do not absorb at all. Loud clanking all night, I believe from the koi fish area under my room. Although beautiful, needed earplugs for the clanking, disappointed to have to use them (although they didn’t silence the noise) since location is hidden from traffic sounds.

Well I love the place. In the middle of Ubud, you can find your peaceful place in here. Perfect location and helpfull people. I solved everything thanks to my friends here, without even having to go to any tourism office. I couldn't understand the expectations of those who gave low scores, and now I'm starting to think that the low scoring habit is due to very personal reasons. Perfect place, perfect location, perfect friends… Yep, this is the summary!

This property truly was “Hidden” and such a welcome treat. The rooms were beautiful, breakfast was great! The pool was clean and staff was kind.

The room could use a little love… fresh pain, fix some holes in the wall, remove the ring in the toilet, new towels. The puppies would leave little “presents” outside the bedroom door- which was a terrible way to start the day (if you stepped in it)
