Resort is beautiful and spacious. Alot to explore on property. Cooking Class was incredible and well rounded. Vintage Car Excursion was splendid and provided many destination options with amazing service

The location is about 20 minutes from Ubud City center which meant a lot of commuting back and forth. The pool was a bit chilly.

Location was beautiful, about 20min drive from town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was super clean, the pool is lovely. Great breakfast. The Indonesion food at the restaurant for lunch/dinner was amazing! Much better than the western style food.

Our stay at Kuwarasam was truly exceptional. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, calm, and deeply rejuvenating — a perfect escape into serenity and Zen. Every moment felt like a reset for the soul. We would absolutely love to return.

This was without exaggeration the most amazing resort I’ve ever been to. The hospitality of the staff and the quality of service was exceptional. The breakfast felt like a Michelin star restaurant, there are a lot of options and all of them absolutely delicious. The room is prepared twice a day, I especially liked how they prepare the room for sleep. The spa experience is just dreamlike. The staff welcomes you when you arrive with a kind gesture and everyday when you get back from your adventures they ask about your day with genuine curiosity. If you stay in you can relax at the pool where they serve you drinks and food at your sunbed or in the water. All in all this place is perfect, and everyone who visits Ubud, must stay here.

There is nothing to dislike

The hotel is beautiful and so relaxed. Truly a taste of Bali. The pool area is a dream. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The Spa was so relaxing and good value. We took the cooking class and our Chef was so lovely and attentive. We went out with Pandy for a day trip in the VW jeep which was an absolute amazing day from the jungle swing, coffee tasting and best of all the Spiritual Water Blessing at the Temple. Pandy was so happy, kind and helpful all day long, he couldn't do enough for us. We had the traditional balinese meal and show on the Thursday evening which was out of this world both the food and entertainment. Most of all though I must say the staff made the whole holiday with their kindness and being so helpful. Leo in receptions was a star and sorry if we dont remember all the names but you were all fantastic. Thankyou so much for such a memorable stay we will remember for ever. We would love to come back x

Our stay at Kuwarasan was fantastic. The staff were incredible; very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned and water refilled twice a day. The hotel itself is beautiful as well, the gardens are really incredible it feels like a tropical paradise! The breakfast was very filling and delicious. We liked the free shuttle into Ubud town throughout the day too; it was very convenient. The hotel spa was also amazing with beautiful rooms and very good massages.

The view of the rice fields wasn’t as good as pictured but given that everything else was so great it didn’t really matter!

The hotel is in a beautiful location right in the middle of rice paddy. It was very peaceful and there was a lot of privacy in the hotel. Maybe it gets a lot more busy outside of the rainy season. The room was spacious and the balcony was great. The pool was lovely and there were not really any people at the pool when we were staying there. The shuttle bus to the town was very good.

The gym has very basic equipment but the worst part was that it was way too hot in there and impossible to work out as the staff leave the AC off. The housekeeping staff were very loud during the housekeeping in the morning in the corridors, so it was quite disturbing. They had a trainee at the reception who did not speak any english which was surprising. They ask you to pay extra if you want to use jacuzzi in the spa which I never heard of. The breakfast was a la carte and could be improved as I found the bread and pastries were very basic.

I had the most incredible stay at Kuwarasan, A Pramana Experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptional—going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The Balinese massage at the spa was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the morning yoga sessions were a peaceful and rejuvenating way to start each day. Breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options, and the staff were always more than willing to accommodate any requests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

- The biggest asset is the kindness of the staff, along with the quality of the internal services. - All members of the staff are reliable and efficient; reception is open 24h and you can also contact them on WhatsApp. - We were in honeymoon and we tried several "romantic activities" (ex. Candlelight dinner, floating breakfast, flowerbath...) and they were really good - Great restaurants, large variety of choice, ingredients are fresh, and every week there are cultural Balinese dinners (with traditional dances) and live acoustic music. - Breakfast is not buffet, you choose your plates in advance. - Spa services are amazing, we really recommend them (even if they are not largely promoted) - There are 5 shuttles/day that bring you to Ubud centre (it's free and the driver is excellent; maybe a few more shuttles would be useful) - The room was big and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom is really nice too.

- External services are not at the same level as internal services (ex. The mount batur trekking was organised by an agency. Even if the overall experience was nice, the activity was uncomfortable and the agency staff not pleasant) - The swimming pool is cold, because the water is not heated - The hotel is in a rice field, so be aware that there can be some animals (geckos, insects...) also in your room
