I have never ever stayed in a property like it - it was exceptional from start to finish. The villa is STUNNING, and the location is surreal. The food is good (not spectacular but good anyway!) and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is a bother to them and they helped us with everything and anything. The bed was comfy and the mosquito net was great. There wasn’t a lot of mosquitos either which was great and very unexpected as it is in the jungle! There are lots of frogs and geckos etc. however, but I love animals and nature so I absolutely loved this. The floating breakfast was to die for!!!! It was amazing. The flowers in the bath on arrival were a great touch, and the pool area and outside bathroom were amazing. There is also a free shuttle service you can get once per day which was great touch. You can also buy tours from the hotel which I would recommend as great value for money! We truly had the best time here and didn’t want to leave, it was the best place I have ever stayed!

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of magical! The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the jungle – waking up to the lush greenery and the sounds of nature was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the biggest conveniences was being able to rent a scooter directly from the villa, which made exploring the surrounding area so easy and hassle-free. Another amazing feature was the option to have a massage right in our private villa, overlooking the stunning jungle. It was such a relaxing and unique experience – pure bliss! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, with excellent service and thoughtful touches, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff who looked after our every need. The location is great for relaxing away from Ubud and is located at the top of a valley facing beautiful forests. Would highly recommend for couples. Nature all around is fantastic, so keep that in mind as you can hear a few frogs, birds, and lizards. That was not an issue for us as we love nature and the sound of silence. Bali people are the most friendly and always with a smile on their face. The pictures show you exactly what you get, very accurate. Bo restaurant on site, but the villa has a lovely table looking to the forest where you can enjoy room service. We got massages, pedis,lunches, and amazing baths in the villa.

We traveled across Bali through the island. This accommodation was one of the most expensive we stayed in. And it must be said that it was also the most private and peaceful place we experienced—there was complete privacy and absolute silence. The only sounds we could hear were those coming from the jungle. It was truly breathtaking. The level of quietness here was something we hadn’t encountered anywhere else on Bali. We had complete privacy, which meant we could even swim naked in the pool. The breakfasts were excellent. Another great perk was the daily shuttle service to and from Ubud, which was really convenient.

We had a geco behind bed and it was realy noisy - one night we slept outside, in front of pool😀 But this is nature.

Amazing private pool. Great staffs and shuttle services, very relaxing spot to stay privately in the jungle. And omg, the first morning when we open our room blind, the morning jungle view brought so much healing into our stay in Ubud 🙏🏻

Everything was good but just a gecko was in our room and constantly some very loud sound that kept us awake during our sleep. The staffs did try to help and catch it but at the end they coudlnt find it. Well, its the jungle right? Regarding Insects and bugs, you gotta do the due dilligence to close the door constantly and also spray repellent as well. The staffs does a mosquito spray once every evening so we didnt get bite in our room. But we did while we were using the pool

The location, outside of the busy Ubud bustle, was a dream! Between rice paddies and the jungle - very beautiful and relaxing. The old-style Balinese bungalow, it’s outside bathroom and the private pool were fabulous. The bedding very good and everything worked well, even the WiFi. Staff were super kind! It would be difficult to find a more private place: just you and the wild surroundings, with all the comfort you need. We loved our stay there. Besides the traffic, it was easy to get to Ubud’s centre by means of a one-time per day there and return free shuttle service.

We spent 3 dream days at Mandana Ubud villa: the place is incredible and corresponds to the photos on Booking: super beautiful infinity pool facing the jungle, a very clean villa, all wood and very pleasant. The bed is very comfortable with a large mosquito net, and the outdoor bathroom with shower and bathtub is heavenly. The staff have an exceptional sense of service: very smiley, on hand to answer all our questions and organize full days of sightseeing with driver to visit the surrounding area, restaurant recommendations with free shuttle to go into the center of Ubud. I highly recommend the floating breakfast and massages. We will return to Mandana Ubud Villa with great pleasure. It was a dream stay. Mathilde and Clément

The most beautiful villa and location we’ve ever stayed at. It is out of a fairly tale story. The villa is far from Ubud center but the free shuttle is very convenient to use (just leave early to avoid traffic). Staff are very kind and attentive. We really enjoyed the option to have food delivered especially since the villa is far from restaurants and warungs.

Being in the middle of the jungle with epic views comes with its own cost. Be prepared to encounter excessive amount of bugs inside your room. The villa has old wood so bugs can easily get inside from all the holes and openings. Considering its location, the room needs much more thorough cleaning especially the mosquito net and couch cushions which were very stained. We loved our stay and highly recommend it, but the amount of bugs inside the room was more than we had expected.

We really enjoyed our stay in villa #1😍 Staff was friendly and helpful, and also good service with the free ride to the riceterrace. And they also organized our ride to Jimbaran when it was time to move forward🙂 Everything was superclean and the towels smelled soooo nice🌸 Lots of warm water in the shower, and the shower was good. Loved the sound of gekkos and other animals in the calm environment in your own peace🙏🌴🦎 And breakfast was amazing, served to the villa! 🥭🥪

Our villa was absolutely gorgeous!! My wife and I went for our honeymoon, and the service was exceptional. Staff were on hand constantly to help with anything required. They provided us with a phone to call reception if we ever needed anything, including room service or a life into Ubud centre. The coffee and breakfast were exceptional. The room service options were plentiful. We had a couple of massages at our villa and the staff were very accommodating in getting this organised with short notice.

Everything was superb.
