The staff / service was incredible and the property was beautiful. There was a welcome drink and exceptional breakfast every morning. We loved the rain shower & bathtub. The pool was also a lovely tropical paradise. Only issue we encountered was that pool towels were not readily available. You had to flag down an attendant which were occasionally hard to find.

You can't walk (safely) to the center of Ubud from this location. It's a really narrow road without sidewalks which is very common. You'll need a taxi to come and go and therefore have to deal with some crazy Bali traffic. ~40 mins from Ubud center to the hotel during traffic. cellphone reception isn't great in Ubud, which made it hard to order a taxi.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the staff and given a delicious welcome drink while we checked in. Our luggage was taken to our room for us as our room was located on the lower ground floor a short walk from reception. Our room could only be described as WOW! There are some "high end" hotel chains that do not even compare to it.. the bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully presented and was well stocked with essentials like shampoo and conditioner, along with little extras like a vanity kit which was replenished every day where needed. A nice extra touch was that the TV can stream Netflix/Prime which made it feel even more homely when chilling out after dinner with a film. The resort included breakfast every morning which could not be faulted, as you are presented with a fresh platter of fruit and a basket of baked goods, as well as getting to choose an additional breakfast item which is freshly made for you. Similarly, although not included on our stay, the lunch and dinner menu was just as appealing, and the portions were huge given the very reasonable prices. Weda Cita was a fantastic base for exploring Ubud, and we hope to come back in the future, and will be highly recommending the resort to anyone who comes to Bali in the future.

The only part of the entire resort that we found to be a slight negative was that the pool, although beautiful, was under the shade of the trees all day, and as a result was really cold given the tropical temperatures outside. This would not be a problem if someone wanted to swim lengths of the pool, but not so much for guests wanting to take a casual dip.

We loved the setting of the pool, very relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. The second room we were given on the top floor was fantastic! Good breakfast, you have about 5 or 6 options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and nice; and the massage was worth it

We had a problem with the room the first night because of a strong smell of damp and some ants. But they changed us to another room without any problem!

The distance to "Ubud city" was perfect. It's best if you can ride a scooter, like everywhere in Bali - you have easier access to different restaurants, activities, ... The room was very nice, the room was always clean and the aircondition worked perfectly. There was free water in the lobby and restaurant. We did not eat at the hotel and did no tours organized by the hotel - so we can not rate that. We would definitely recommend doing the tour to batur while staying in Ubud - we think it's not worth taking a hotel for one night there. We booked that with Airbnb.

The breakfast was not good compared to what you could get for 70-100k somewhere else. I personally didn't like the yoga - a modern vinyasa yoga would have been nice - I did great classes in Bali before and I was disappointed.

The setting, encompassing the surroundings, is stunning. The hotel, though of good quality with qualitative details, is somewhat inadequately maintained. The staff, notably friendly and kind, enhances the overall quality. The breakfast, while simple and not very diverse, is tasty. Ultimately, considering the quality-to-price ratio, it's worth the stay.

The linens and outdoor furniture near the pool and balcony could be cleaner. Improved attention to these details would elevate the hotel significantly.

The rooms are incredible value for money. Very clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff are all lovely and very kind.

If I was to be particular, I would say there could be a little improvement with the breakfast. Being a health and wellness person, I really appreciate a good breakfast after my exercise in the morning. There is only 1x western coffee included in breakfast and anything after that needs to be paid for. There is also not much wiggle room to edit breakfast orders as you have to choose from their breakfast menu and that’s it. Maybe there could be a menu option to “create your own breakfast” - eg. Choose eggs style / 3x condiments / toast or not.

Weda Cita Resort and Spa absolutely and totally exceeds my expectations…the staff are so amazing, always helpful , always courteous…they are truly beautiful, always helpful in any way and always so courteous. The resort is so beautiful, perfectly clean and spotless, with fabulous cleaning staff. As well as great admin staff and amazing restaurant staff and management… Weda Cita goes above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing stay. From the moment I arrive at Weda Cita (this was my second year staying there) the hotel and all of the staff and services exceed all my expectations! Returning to Wed Cita felt like being with family…it was such a beautiful time! Thank you so much Weda Cita

The rooms were large , spacious and beds comfortable. The grounds were very pretty and the koi were beautiful. The staff were friendly, very helpful and always willing to help in anyway.

The closets were odd shaped and difficult to hang clothes. There weren’t enough hangers. Would have liked to see a full length mirror on the wall. Some of the towels were gray and stained. My sheer door curtain was dirty but they replaced it right away when I brought it to their attention. The restaurant food was not very good. The breakfast fruit was not ripe and they added sugar to the juices. The morning breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Amazing hotel! We loved staying at Weda Cita Hotel. The staff were super nice—special thanks to Juni and Eka for being so kind, and honestly, everyone on the team was always smiling and greeting us warmly. The place itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, and the hotel’s restaurant serves one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. There’s a lot of food and plenty of variety to choose from. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We’d definitely go back and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great location off the main road, less than 10 minutes walk to a range of really good restaurants/shops, and 15 minutes to the start of the monkey forest. Suite was very comfortable, though the open bathroom might put some travellers off! The service for the rooms/the pool/reception was fantastic.

The pool area was quite grubby, in particular the umbrellas and the sunbed cushions. The pool itself could probably have done with a scrub too! The service in the restaurant was not great, often waiting long times for a waiter to come to us, even when we were the only ones in there. The food was also not at the level the rest of Bali is (and particularly the other local restaurants), so I’d suggest not planning any meals in the hotel - it’s cheaper and better to walk the 10 mins up the road.
