I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, especially at sunset. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel’s location was perfect What really made the difference was the outstanding customer service. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. I truly felt valued as a guest. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

One of my favorite place in Erbil and that Hotel never disappointed me ,, I feel home .perfect for both business and vacation trip . Hotel have many spots to work on ur Mac plus options to enjoying your drink over good conversations .first floor restaurant with Greek bar. The edge rooftop. The hotel is located near the airport, which makes it suitable for people with short travel times. The rooms are fancy and luxurious. `Its facilities are ideal for elderly people and people with special needs. It is worth every penny paid. The staff are so friendly and ready to help at any moment. The staff was very good, breakfast delicious and the location was wonderful but was a loud noise coming from the ceiling made me unable to sleep the first day

The price on booking was more different at the property about 100 $ more extra

Staff and accommodation was excellent. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and housekeeping did thier job as rooms and amenities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with different menu each day and variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located nearby dining options and shopping. I had to extend my stay due to unexpected illness and was there for almost 10 days. I felt very safa and comfortable and staff and management were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel

Staff and service is the strength for this hotel. They all communicate in English so effectively.

They sometimes make a mistake with bookings. For example I booked a room for my parents and it got cancelled from hotel because of human error.

You get a lot more than what you pay at this location. Staff know English and are so nice. Everything is operational. Cesar, Golnaz, Sabah is an asset to this company do NOT lose her.
