As it was my first time traveling to Erbil, I’m really glad I chose to stay at the Ramada Hotel — I have no regrets at all. The experience was made even better thanks to Mr. Omar Fawaz, who was always smiling, approachable, and took the initiative to help whenever needed. His warm and professional attitude truly stood out. I also want to highlight the excellent security team — they were very attentive, respectful, and made me feel safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend Ramada to anyone visiting Erbil.

Location is not good, no view in the room (they closed the balcony by a wall!!! and the balcony was dirty). The breakfast is not suitable for 5 stars hotel. Car park is limited.The price is high

The room is a quiet, spacious, clean, well organized, and well designed the laundry service was fast and the food variety at the breakfast was good.

Lack of parking spaces, It’s a struggle to find a spot around the hotel. You can give it to the valet parking, but expect long delays.

The location, breakfast. I had the baffet and had a nice meal cooked by the chef. The staff members are always exceptional. From the door staff,reception,bell boys etc.

The spa isn’t open yet but you can speak with the gym staff to get you booked in their other hotel.

Our only problem was that there were parties in the garden as it was weekend and the sound was traveling to our room. Thus, we were unable to sleep very well.

The hotel was totally clean and tidy.. Rooms are big and comfortable for Lavin The staff are so nice and great assistant and professional. For sure my next stay will be at Ramada Erbil.

Excellent Hotel, super clean rooms and amazing staff especially the Front desk manager (Avak), front desk (Thaer) and house keeping manager (Rakib) were so cooperative, helpful and amazing.

The breakfast was good, the staff was extremely kind and helpful.
