Excellent stay! The hotel is outstanding. The room was super clean. We were upgraded to senior suite to 7th floor with a magnificent view all over Erbil. I don’t have words about the staff. The made our stay even better. Especially Mr Kamiran the supervisor was very helpful and supportive. It’s the best choice if you want to visit Erbil but for me for now on Dedeman hotel will be the motive for visiting Erbil again. Please notice that Dedeman hotel is one of the few hotels that don’t charge the usage of the spa (Turkish bath, sauna and swimming pool). Grateful to have the chance to stay there 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel is clean and comfortable. From Booking, we were given a much larger room. Also, the hotel fee was not requested in advance.

A tax fee was charged on the hotel rental fee. This information is not specified by Booking. The hotel is guarded by private security guards with long-barreled and automatic weapons. Every time you enter and exit the hotel, you have to pass through a security device and be searched. Additionally, on the 2nd day of my trip, there was a rocket attack on the American Military Base located near the hotel, and I felt it very clearly from my hotel room on the 9th floor.

Astounding astounding!! The whole experience from start to finish is great staff is always so friendly and kind especially Kamiran and Rezan , I was late from my exam and Kamiran recalled me to checking if I forgot . The restaurant staff especially uncle Mazher so friendly and have amazing smile with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place and I will never booking in other place.

The rooms were clean and big The breakfast was good The staff were helpful and quick They changed our first room after reporting it was too hot

The air-conditioning was sot strong in the middle of the day (however we were there at 45 degrees heat) The swimming pool was not five star standards and the air-conditioning in the gym was not good and it smelled funny

Exceptional !! The staff was amazing , the breakfast was very versatile and fresh , rooms were clean and specious . The conventional center is one of the best in Erbil , truly proud to see such a level of hospitality in Kurdistan .

The staff of the hotel were very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The restaurant had a great and varied selection of dishes, food and drinks.

The breakfast menu was wonderful, with a wide variety of foods to suit almost everyone's taste. Our hotel's central location allowed us to reach our destinations easily. The friendly staff helped me in every way. I would especially like to thank the receptionist Mr. Kamuran.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and understanding. They provided us with everything we asked for at the spot. The facilities were amazing , and the hotel itself is very nice in terms of decorations. And the view is excellent. Overall I enjoyed my stay with my family.

The staff are wonderful, without exception. They’re friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. I wish I had noted names of reception and restaurant staff, as they each went out of their way to offer an exceptional service.

The breakfast is very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, cleanliness very good.

The windows in the smoking rooms are not good, and the sound from the street comes into the room, and we were not able to sleep during the night and I told the staff to fix the windows. Some rooms need simple restoration.
