My stay at this hotel was excellent. Brian and his staff were amazing—very helpful, accommodating, and professional throughout my visit. I truly enjoyed my time at their establishment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

The bar and lounge had a great atmosphere with excellent drinks and a nice vibe. The only downside was that it felt a bit too warm inside, which made it slightly uncomfortable at times. Otherwise, it was a great experience.p⁰

They didn’t allow us to access to the outdoor Swimming pool on Friday because they said it’s only for couples, me as a guest I have the right to enjoy all hotel facility as I saw it in booking site and chose the hotel based on that. Some of service staff just ignore the request, example: we were in the indoor swimming pool on Friday (5 July at around 3pm) one staff wearing white shirt and looks Syrian from his accent came to the indoor swimming pool and provided food and beverage for a another guests, asked him to bring to us a beverage also, he said okay and disappeared, that wasn’t nice. Also sometimes after breakfast we used the smoking area of the restaurant and we keep asking for ashtray until we bring by our own. I believe service staff needs more training.

All over very good, friendly staff, very quick service and the food is very nice. Use the same hotel when Iam in Erbil.

The location, Nice and clean feel very safe because of the security check, the facilities is very good plus the food aswell.

The hotel has a perfect location ,very close to all key places such as Sami Abdulrahman Park, cafes, and the Citadel. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again!

Was excellent experience with this hotel. The location was so quite and good with near to Sami abdulrahman park which content a large area for those like to do running at early morning. The staff were so nice , friendly and very helpfull. They upgraded my reservation to free breakfast. The variety of the breakfast was excellent. Gym fully equipped with 24 hours. Exceptionally comfortable, clean and modern room. Friendly staff, who were all helpful and kind. Good facilities in the room, and the gym and pool facilities were modern and in good condition. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was generally good.

Laundry prices were expensive, but that's common in similar hotels.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very good and professional, safe, breakfast is very good, the lobby is stylish and cozy, you can feel the hospitality of Erbil,

During my second stay, I was very disturbed by the excessive fan noise in the rooms even when the air conditioning was off, I had difficulty sleeping. The technical team should deal with the issue urgently.

its better to take attention of noise from the rooms , there was a party and disturbing noise from other rooms while I was sleeping

The facilities like the pool/sauna/steam room/gym. And also the location And most importantly the staff from the door to the house keepers they are very good at communicating with guest.

The food at the restaurant needs a review and some improvement. My bed sheets had blood stains on it

1.Only 2 elevators in that 10 level hotel. 2.The valet of car parking give u a card with the no. on that card is written we are not responsible for any damage happen to the vehicle or missing any thing inside the car!! Hey this is 5 star hote l! 3. Walls of the room are not soundproof. And our neighbors were making loud voice with there kids
