We spent 2 weeks there, the overall service was outstanding and the staff were fantastic, specially the reception gentleman Mr. Karam, also the Kitchen service by Mr. Ayham, and the room service guy Mr. Mostafa. Everything was clean, we had very good breakfast, also the SPA/Sauna service was good and the personal were very cooperative.

Nothing there. But only air conditioning switched off automatically when electricity power change between generator to land electricity. Need to switch it on again. It means at night when you sleep it might you wake up and the air condition is switched off

The staff is excellent, kind and always ready to help. The room was very nice and clean. The location is very good. Very rich buffet - breakfast.

Since light comes in very early (5.30 am in June), curtains limiting the light would be useful for a better sleep.

location is easy to the centre of town - 20 mins walk on a straight road. Staff were highly flexible with me changing dates at last minute for no cost - thank you 🙏🏽 breakfast was huge! so much choice! There’s a pool at the top I didn’t use but great views over city

With all travel in the Middle East - bring earplugs for call to prayer (personally I like it but you may get woken up) The road outside can be loud till about 2300 (hence bring earplugs)

Breakfast for a week exactly the same.No variation but good Dinner actually very poor.Had 2 times dinner alone in whole restaurant.No one eats there for good reason. 5* hotel should have more then 3-5 dishes.All European and made poor way.Service guys are very polite

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room, good lighting, nice breakfast. The room was well equipped.

Some mix-ups about payment. They were all resolved but it happened twice and it was a little inconvenient. The restaurant was closed in the evening, which was also inconvenient.

The property is very well located. The staff is awesome, shout out to Breen for always being so helpful. The breakfast is awesome.

They don’t accept cards and the conversion rate is higher than official, but apparently this is the norm.

Breakfast is delicious, but it's in the local style. Maybe some more western options like yogurt, cold cuts etc. could be added.
