Good building quality, clean and new furniture. Planty of rooms and good options. Great balcony view to enjoy.

The security staff are unprofessional and frisky and very touchy. Did not ask for consent and got into my bag and my belongings. Takes too long for going in which makes it a bad choice if you go out and in to the hotel frequently during the day. I wouldnt recommend based on this factor alone. They dont have exray machin so they frisk search and touch a lot and get too close and personal to you and sometimes directly in your face.

I had a very pleasant and wonderful stay. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Mr. Saif, James, and Helin for their kindness, and also to Mr. Arshad who handled our luggage smoothly and carefully. They assisted us at every step and made us feel truly cared for. The location was excellent, the hotel was spotless, and the decoration was elegant and tasteful. Very luxurious hotel and exceeded my expectations. Staff were outstanding especially Arshad who helped with local activity and departure planning. Extremely security conscious ( good ). Never felt so secure in my life. Great room and a true 5 star experience. Tips: get the VIP limousine from the airport to get a very rapid and hassle free arrival ( $50 USD ) and show up with an e-visa as there was a large lineup for visa on arrival.

Minimal vegetarian options for dinner and breakfast could be improved

I was highly satisfied with every aspect of the hotel; it represents the pinnacle of my experience in Iraqi accommodations. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. Nabras, at the reception desk, provided outstanding and professional service, demonstrating both expertise and cordiality. Arshad, from the concierge team, was equally delightful, offering a welcoming and friendly demeanor.

Amazing experience, staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurants were great and the bartenders were super knowledgeable. Arshad was super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. This is the only place in Erbil I will stay and I look forward to coming back.

Totally minor inconvenience. The outlets are all 2 prong except one 3 prong by the desk. Staff provided an adapter, worked like a charm.

Everything there was beyond and above the expectations, was WOWWWWWWWWW!!!! The hotel seems a 10 stars hotel and not a 5 stars one, the staff were excellent, Nadine, the receptionist was marvelous and super friendly and helpful, Agiad, the receptionist too was magnificent and super friendly and helpful, Arshad was extremely helpful, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and they deserve great promotion, the one bedroom apartment was like a heaven for our staying, the family loved it and enjoyed it to the best, the food quality was amazing, and the rest of other facilities were excellent, we are planing to come back, it is worth every money spend there, well done Divan!!!!!

My baby was crying and one of the staff near the gym told my wife to move away becouse there are some VIPs and they don't like to hear the baby crying .
