Reception staff is polite,cooperative..especially Mr. Carlo (as I remember his name) The room is wide,clean.Bed, and the pillows are comfortable The breakfast buffet has wide varieties of food stuff,but strangely, they use small plastic spoons for tea, which don't tolerate hot fluid!!! with beautiful places and beautiful morning songs..

2points 1st is that there are singing parties every night or every other night on the ground floor (in the restaurant), which starts at before midnight and stays few hrs.the problem is they use very loud music and DJ which reaches upper floors!!!and disturbed my sleeping although I was in 4th floor..

A very good and quiet hotel, the location of the hotel is distinctive, close to Sami Abdul Rahman Park (the largest park in Erbil), near the hotel there are many good options of restaurants and cafes. The hotel service is good and the staff is nice and helpful. It has a small swimming pool, a small gym and a restaurant. I recommend it for families.

The hotel faces highway, so the sound of car tires at night is sometimes a little annoying. The room is also a bit dim. i sometimes have difficulty reading at night

The hotel was very clean and nice. all services were perfect from check in, room service, cleaning, extending the stay and appreciate Mr. Ibrahim who was wonderful in dealing with customers and guests and all the team as well.

The Mariana was well managed and a beautiful hotel. The staff we very professional and kind and made our stay very enjoyable.

Unfortunately our visit corresponded with the time that the pool was being serviced, so it was usable.

The cleanness, the receptionist staff specially (Carl) he was more than amazing and shows hospitality and welcoming, room service also was very good

All facilities were available Pool, parties, 24/24 cafeteria

The sheets and towels were not as clean as they should be but the staff was very helpful to change them

It’s very clean, the staff are amazing, helpful and smiling all the time , if I want to visit Erbil again definitely I will choose Mariana hotel again Thank u guys for the wonderful staying

Unfortunately the late night party in the facility led to some members of our group not sleeping well.
