They treated me like royalty: even despite a credit card issue!

Be aware: it is common practice in Kurdistan to use the regional exchange rate—bring dollars to pay if you want to pay the advertised rate as they will convert dollars to dinar at the local rate but your bank will exchange at central bank exchange rate, so best to avoid altogether.

the place was up to date in everything. I like the lobby area very welcoming and the people there are very nice. comparing them to other hotels in Europe and Dubai they are close to them. after 10 mins from me being in the room the reception called and asked if everything is good and if I need anything and they sent me a fruit basket to my room. 15 min after that they called and said that they are upgrading me to a bigger room with no charge which made my stay there more comfortable

the only thing that I didn’t like was that I had to pay cash cause they charge a transaction fees for any payment that are made by VISA or Mastercard which is something new for them cause card payments is kinda new in Iraq.

I had a wonderful stay at HOTEL NOVA SKY, The property is well-maintained with excellent facilities, offering both comfort and convenience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured all my needs were met promptly. Special mention to the General Manager, Ms.Azadeh, whose leadership was clearly reflected in the hotel’s smooth operations. She was approachable and committed to delivering a high standard of guest experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Was impressed of the stuff, what a kind and hospitable guys. I had problem with my visa card, i needed Cash money, Masoud (Front Desk Supervisor) helped me to solve this problem, gave me money for using. So good to trust yourself to Nova Sky in Erbil. Near to hotel a lot of restaurants, shops. Nice breakfast, 10th floor restaurant, clean room also need to be mentioned.

Clean, new, and comfortable, and the staff are amazing. The hotel really delivers everything it promises perfectly. In my experience it is the best hotel you can get in Erbil in this price range.

Hard to find any. I wish they had a wider selection of foods in the breakfast buffet but it's not bad as it is.

The breakfast was a beautiful buffet of wonderful selections. And, we had the option of having a custom-made breakfast as well. Excellent coffee, tea, espresso options. The portions were generous. The staff went above and beyond.

We could not recommend the female massage options.

The staff at the reception desk are always amazing! the guys there are always friendly, helpful and super kind! the bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing! breakfast is huge and a large variety of options!

Unfortunately the housekeeping is weak - they did not leave enough toilet rolls, shower gel and towels. The bedroom was not serviced on the final day. I had to call reception for towels. There were empty containers left in the shower. The shower door/screen was not cleaned properly. it’s such a shame that the housekeeping is below standard and let’s down my overall impression of the hotel.

Excellent stay staff extremely friendly room upgraded for free and all needs were met very clean and comfortable food is excellent location is excellent Will definitely stay there again for coming visits to Erbil.
