The location was amazing! The room and view were spectacular!

Nothing to dislike! But the bar closing at 20:30 on Valentines night could do with revising 😅

Amazing location and a great base to tour Connemara by car. Staff are friendly and attentive. The beds were made every day along with fresh towels and drinking water for the room. Breakfast there was plenty to choose from and the Furbo bar severed excellent bar food in the evening.

We had 2 rooms, only one had a safe and neither had a fridge which have been useful. We had room 310 which was by the boiler room which I imagine heated the water for the hotel. The day we arrived the ambient temperature was 30 plus which made the room uncomfortably hot. No A/C.

Lovely hotel in the most beautiful location possible. Couldn't really rate it high enough. I will certainly be back. Staff are excellent without being over fussy and annoying.

Food service was slow...like reeeallly slooow...but hey when the food came it was well worth waiting for 10 out of 10...

I love this Hotel, I've been here twice and I will be back in future. Very nice structure with sea view and lovely garden, green space outside with small playground. Room was nice, silent with very comfortable bed. The masterpiece was the espresso machine for a real, strong espresso when you wake up in the morning or when back in the evening. Great swimming pool facility, not too busy and clean. Good quality food, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner menu, the beef ribs was amazing.

Service is not the best for breakfast (better for dinner but not spectacular). We ordered Cappuccino for breakfast which wasn't really a cappuccino but like an American coffee with milk, taste horrible, the following day we had tea, much better.

Excellent stay all around. We picked the hotel due to its proximity to the Aer Aran airport as we were taking a flight to visit the Aran Islands. But a decision borne out of practicality turned out to be much better than that - the room was large and clean with daily housekeeping, decent view of the ocean, the shower was modern with good toiletries from a local brand, the property was beautiful and we enjoyed walking by the beach after dinner, breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

The room had no AC which we knew in advance but still surprising given that everything else appeared to be modernized. Also no elevators but the staff was more than happy to bring our luggage to the room.

The entire facility is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The rooms are comfortable and clean beyond expectation. The staff was super helpful with all our needs and those of other guests while I was waiting for my turn, as I listened and observed. This is the second time we traveled to Ireland from the U.S. and made a point to stay at this location again since we wanted to travel to Galway. The breakfast as buffet style is one of the best I had if not the best selection, quality and taste in all of Ireland, and I ate a proper Irish breakfast every day. The proximity to the water was also enjoyable for a nice stroll with our kids to play on the rocks and for them to explore a little bit in a different part of the world.

I can honestly say there is nothing we didn't like.

The staff was very friendly and professional, especially the restaurant’s staff. They’re all well trained, and they clearly have the customers experience as North Star. Kudos to all of them and to their manager. The food was delicious, breakfast was well organised with options for everyone. Big plus for EV car owners: there are charging stations available. Rooms are clean and comfortable

I would reinforce rules in swimming pool. We had in multiple occasions come across some teenagers horseplay disturbing everyone around. I would also reinforce use of swimming hats, the majority didn’t wear it

Location was great with easy walk to the seaside within the property. Good size room, quiet with 2 beds. A good restaurant and a nice, large, bar serving meals as well were welcome after a long road. The personal in the restaurant was very attentive and pleasant. Easy, free, parking was a bonus.

Too much noise in the lobby making it difficult to understand the receptionist although it eventually improved. Only one (not too comfortable) mini armchair in a room for three is not acceptable. We had to ask at least three time to get a second chair which arrived at 10 PM.

The hotel was really lovely . It was a bit of a,distance from the city but this was very peaceful . There were lovely walks down to the beach and the location was convenient .There was a village close by also on the way to the Hotel . It was about 5 minutes in a car . There were shops restaurants there if anybody needed any shopping . Overall it was lovely to get away . We ate in the bar of the hotel and the food was really nice and staff were very polite and helpful.

I would have nothing negative to comment everything was very comfortable and homely and because the hotel is very near the beach it had a lovely calm and tranquil feel to it.

Breakfast was lovely . Check out at 12 is good as many hotels are 11 now. Bar food was excellent. Lovely relaxing areas in the lobby to read or have a coffee. Very close to the sea which made it easy to forget about daily life. We had a room with a sea view which was lovely. Beds were comfortable .

The pool was quite cold so I couldn't stay for long even though i booked a hotel with a pool cause we love to swim. The room we were in had a bad smell from the drain which made it difficult to sleep.A lift would have been helpful especially with carrying cases .
