Wonderful view despite it being lashed by a storm at the time I stayed. so extremely convenient, comfortable and spacious. The two staff members I saw could not have been more helpful especially relating to the warnings about the impending storm.

I almost cut my finger on a little chip on the hob as I was cleaning it. Fortunately, the chip wasn’t sharp enough to cut the skin, but it did hurt for some afterwards.

Having two bathrooms was a plus! The view was fantastic. We liked pressing a single button to get a taxi.

A chair or loveseat in each bedroom would have been nice. Nowhere to put a suitcase except on the floor. The living room was stark, a throw pillow or two would make it more inviting.

Great location, comfortable beds, clean, handy for bus in to city, lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby, in particular La Collina, OReillys and the Office, all in Salthill

Very tight car parking, lift doesn't go down to the car park, no waste food bin, balcony looked great in photos but didn't live up to expectations, very expensive

Great location and very spacious apartments. Clean and fresh when we arrived, with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. When I had some problems checking in and with noise/wind from the windows, they responded very quickly to calls and emails.

The double glazing on all the windows around the complex is old and broken in places, so the wonderful views were obscured by a lot of condensation on the windows. The seals on the windows that opened were also broken in places, which meant that is was sometimes noisy (from wind, traffic and people outside) and cold with drafts during the stormy weather.

Lovely roomy apartment in a secure building; clean and comfortable. Great location just out of Galway city centre overlooking the water. Close to pubs and restaurants and a reasonable Centra supermarket a short walk away. We had trouble with the washing machine and the staff were very prompt in helping out by bringing us an airer to hang our clothes on. Off street parking was around the back with an easy entry/exit.

The lift didn't go down to the carport level. The self serve checking was over the top. Why do you need my address when you required my passport details? We had trouble locking the door out onto the balcony.

The location of the apartments was superb - so handy for the beach, parking was private and plentiful. The bus stop to go into Galway was less than a minute away although we walked there in approximately 15-20 minutes. The view of the sea and beach from the living room and one of the bedrooms was stunning. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. The response from the team over a minor issue with WiFi was so quick and very attentive as was all communication from them.

The balcony could have been given a good scrub or power-washing. It felt a little neglected compared to the apartment itself and we didn't use it because of this.

The heat outside meant the rooms were stifling and because the windows led onto a walkway, I didn’t feel safe opening them to get air in. Even the bathroom window was onto a walkway and was fully opening meaning anyone could have been able to access it. The balconies are great but they are not private. Thankfully the people next to us didn’t use theirs. Consideration should be given to supplying fans. Some of the blinds etc are a bit old, could do with a freshening up for the price paid per night. The early check out at 10:00 isn’t ideal. Should be at least 11:00.

Very modern apartment, very centrally located in the middle of Salthill and just a short walk to Galway City Centre. Comfortable beds and huge bedrooms! Amazing views over the Prom and across the ocean.

TV was very small for the size of the room, and a lot of the channels didn't work ( I'm not sure about the 100 indicated!!) Heating could only be put on for a max of 3 hours, and the rooms were quite cold without putting it in for this long (although to be fair, it was the middle of Dec!) Parking is available onsite but most spaces were taken up by locals parking to walk the Prom.

This was a wonderful location next to the prom. Apartment was well laid out, and beds extremely comfortable. Parking and security was excellent. We had a problem in the bathroom which was promptly addressed by staff.

It is noisy near the road, advisable to bring earplugs. We felt the checking in was tedious and very complicated. We also felt the constant emails(17 in total) regarding our stay was excessive.

Amazing, spacious, fully-furnished accommodations with excellent sea view! An excellent value for the money. Across the street from TWO stops on the Galway city tour bus (running 9:30-15:30) and steps from the TFI city center bus (running every 15 minutes or so) morning to night.

The property is largely advertised as self-service/self-check-in, and as such we didn’t see ANY staff person on site if we had questions. (Fortunately we did not). Also, after booking via booking.com, we were informed from property management of an extra security deposit (150.00) charge required before check-in. But despite that surprise, the amount was quickly refunded after departure. So, book it, but be aware!
