Great location overlooking the canal (swans, canoes, people fishing) and so near the Latin Quarter. A plumbing issue was very quickly sorted out. Generally well equipped kitchen, including a teapot (bonus points). The laundry room is separate and you need euro coins (€1 x6 ) to run a wash and then a dry. Underground garage is great.

Could have had better instructions to find the place at the beginning- its on New Rd OFF Henry St, and then the pedestrian entrance is off the canal path. Come prepared with your €1 coins. The oven/grill wasn't working in our flat but I think they will fix that, and we managed ok with the hob and microwave.

Honestly, it's an amazing spot to spend your holidays while you are in Galway, it's very close to the city center and a very quiet location, so you have the advantage of staying in the heart of Galway and having a peaceful night's sleep. The place is very spacious and clean. I had some friends visiting Ireland and they 100% approved. I will get this place again. I would highly recommend it. I liked the size of the rooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the suppliers, but I loved to be in the city centre and in a place where there were no loud and drunk people in my window that is something that no money can pay, honestly, I'm very happy with them.Thanks

To be honest with you there is nothing that I can say that I didn't like, maybe a bit of smell of cigarettes in the place, but that is quite normal here in Ireland, so I don't know what to say.

The location was fantastic, and there was a nice shared coin-operated laundry facility that we appreciated. The property manager was really nice and helpful. There was a great basement parking facility. The living space upstairs had a great view and it was so easy to stroll down a few blocks to the heart of downtown Galway.

There was a nice kitchen but very minimal supplies for a three night stay. There was no salt & pepper, kitchen or paper towels, or other basic supplies provided. There was enough toilet paper for two days but we stayed three. There were enough plates and silverware if one washed them after each meal. Minimal tea, instant coffee, and sugar was provided. The bed frames had very sharp corners that were prone to late night collisions.

We loved the location. It was a beautiful setting and very convenient to all amenities. The apartment was very clean and the living, kitchen and dining area was spacious for 4 people. Shower was lovely and plenty of wardrobe space.

We didn’t realise the double room was small and my parents who are elderly found the bed position quite limiting and the room was very warm at night. Swopping rooms wasn’t an option as my teenage daughter could not share a small double with me.

Great location in Galway city centre. 5 minute walk to the busy city streets. Located along the canal, lovely walk into the city. Very clear instructions on getting into the property, and the parking facility was a massive bonus. The property was very clean, with a nice bright open layout with bedrooms tucked away from the kitchen and living area. Balcony was lovely and big. It was nice to have a glass of wine/coffee. The property provided all facilities needed. Staff were great and provided us with a new iron within an hour 😀 I would definitely recommend this property and hopefully will return again soon.

City centre, the Docks, and bus stops were at a 5-7 mins walking distance from the property. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. It had all the necessary appliances, kitchenware, clean bed linens and fresh towels. There was a laundry room in which the you could use the washing maching and dryer by inserting 3 x €1 coins respectively but I wish there were a pay by card option available too. Loved the view of the canal from the balcony. Check-in checkout was easy. Friendly and welcoming staff.

I had to book this place last minute after my mom was injured and hospitalized at Galway University Hospital. Despite the short notice, the host responded quickly and was very friendly—I truly appreciated that. The location was excellent, within walking distance of both the main street and the hospital. The rooms were spacious and clean. Although my family was exhausted from the situation, this place made us feel at home. It allowed us to relax and still enjoy our time in Galway.

Great location overlooking the canal - spacious and clean

Check-in was very late - info re collecting keys only arrived after 3.30 on the day. Complicated as you had to walk to apartment to get keys and only then could access car park - took a lot of time so check-in was way after 4. Check-out very early 10am?? All hotels I ever stayed in have a 12 o clock check-out. Mattress extremely hard - I found it very uncomfortable. Remote for tv didn’t change channels?

It was convenient to walking downtown to restaurants and bars.

It was hot and there are no fans. We had to sleep with the doors and windows open. The upstairs living and kitchen area was very hot. I guess Ireland is having some unusually warm weather. A fan would have made a difference. Leaving the windows open at night was ok but it noisy outside. Parking was very tight.

Self contained flat slept us four adults. Close to local pubs, restaurants and take aways and within walking distance of central Galway. So all in all an excellent location and very comfortable accommodation. Good VFM.

The flat met, in fact exceeded, our expectations all round and served as an excellent base for our itinary.. We didn't find anything to dislike.
