Everything was perfect. For us it was a very good location to explore the County of Donegal (by car). The host was extremely friendly and she prepared delicious breakfasts. I personally went for her porridge instead of Irish breakfast, but the latter is very good, too. I am just not so much of a meat person. All areas were extremely clean, beds were comfortable. The property is located in the main street, so you can easily pop out for any meal or small shopping.

The only thing which was a bit uncomfortable was tight space in the room, but I noticed that in Ireland, bedrooms are rather small in general. We are a family of 3, so fitting all our luggage somewhere on the floor made moving around a bit clumsy, but it was ok.

Everything, Marguerite was so happy and friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect, pristinely clean, the bed was super comfortable, it was very quiet and peaceful. Excellent views. Local to everything. A 2min walk to pubs and food. Locals are friendly too. There's a corner shop if you need anything. The room was really big, and the ensuite was too. Great size shower. Tea, coffee and water in the rooms with a mini kettle. Shower had soap and shampoo! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. A full Irish (fry), toast and wheaten bread. Croissants. Cereal. Yoghurt and fruit. Fresh juice. Lovely coffee. Thank you Marguerite 10/10.

Marguerite was welcoming and friendly and couldn’t have done more for us during our stay! The en-suite room was quiet, spotlessly clean and with a kettle to make tea/coffee. Marguerite was very helpful in making recommendations and extremely accommodating of my daughter’s Coeliac Disease and understood clearly about cross contamination. She had the best GF cereal & bread for my daughter and cooked her breakfast separately. The breakfast was just delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

Typical Irish hospitality, we pull into the large parking area to the owner actively hanging laundry to dry who stopped everything to welcome us, but last name no less (it's a small B&B and we were 4 of the rooms, but it was still a nice touch)! The rooms were ready, clean, and comfortable. The private bathrooms were a huge plus, too! The breakfast was phenomenal, I've had some Irish breakfasts that were less than par, but this one was certainly a true "Irish Breakfast." Overall would stay again and recommend to others!

I had the best nights sleep in Marguerites's, the mattress was very comfortable and unlike hotels the room was a comfortable temperature. I also really loved the vanity table and the lighting there, was lovely to have a dedicated place to do your makeup, don't get that very often. Great breakfast and very fast service.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Marguerite’s B&B was on the Main Street in Glenties and near many restaurants and pubs. it was very easy to find and the check-in was easy and quick. The B&B was very clean and each family had their own bedroom with very comfy beds and a private bathroom. The full Irish breakfast in the morning was made to order along with pastries and cereals. The coffee was great and we left early after a wonderful night’s sleep and full tummies. Our host was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Our 7-year old grandson also got to interact with her children which he really loved. If we are ever through Glenties in the future we will definitely stay again at Marguerite’s B&B. I highly recommend it as the place to stay in Glenties for a reasonable rate.

Marguerite is so friendly and welcoming, her home is beautiful and she makes the best breakfast!! The rooms were so clean and cozy and the beds was very comfy. It was really nice having a private bathroom off our room as well. Glenties is a nice town with lots of history, good pubs and pretty walking trails!

Lovely and cosy b&b right on the main street in Glenties, perfect location for exploring the area and close to restaurants to get a nice bite to eat. Very comfortable and clean room. And delicious cooked breakfast plus cereal and fruit in morning. Overall very happy with my stay!

The shower would benefit from an upgrade as the water flow was very poor.

Marguerite was a fantastic host. She was incredibly accommodating. She was super responsive whenever I had a query and was able to answer and handle any request or question I had. I was staying with my groomsmen as I was to be married in the town the next day and it was the perfect location and the whole experience had me relaxed and prepared. The house and facilities had everything you could want.
