Stunning location for exploring the north west. Plenty of car parking with on site leisure facilities and a great restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Would have loved a family lounge area where adults and kids could unwind in the evenings. On our visit the only bar open was fara ogs(which is a great spot) but would have been nice for somewhere with tables and chairs for families to chill out in the evenings without the worry of disturbing other families eating in the restaurant. I found the hotel lobby too formal for my 2 kids.We had a great 2 night stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel with everything on site for a quick getaway. The food we ate in fara ogs was excellent. Not the biggest menu but was really tasty. Would recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel with everything on site for a quick getaway.
Nothing.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and good standard. Dinner in Fara Ogs was exceptional. Loved this restaurant - great atmosphere, great food, good scenery and lovely staff.
We could not get anything to eat when we checked in late after a very long drive. When the Reception staff called me to check our booking, I explained that we would be late checking in but there was no mention that the restaurant/food would not be available. It would have been useful to know so we could have made alternative arrangements.

My son & his wife had there wedding reception at An Chuirt hotel in November and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish the staff went above & beyond to make there day special. The meal was excellent, every course was delicious. The ballroom was so beautiful a winter wonderland 🥰 if your looking to book a wedding here don’t hesitate, it was one of the best days of our lives & that was made possible because of the amazing staff at An Chuirt. The rooms are huge. When I walked into the lobby that day it felt like coming home. Thank you to the staff & management for making it such a special day.
Nothing everything was amazing

We really liked the surrounding beautiful area. It couldn't get any more stunning. Room.was a great size and breakfast was nice. Rebecca gave me lots of information beforehand to ensure my partners birthday went as well as possible (thankyou Rebecca) Restaurant was glorious and food amazing
One of the receptionists didn't want to call us a taxi and in the end reluctantly did . We were unable.to use our phones without being charged a fortune so this was the only thing that let the hotel down ( apparently hotel policy not.to call taxi's for guests) This hotel needs to remember that guests come from abroad and don't all have a package on their phones to call irelqnd numbers for free. As we stayed 2 nights over my partners birthday, thr tea ans coffee was not replenished after the first night. We did ask for more and it was brought up quickly.

The hotel was very clean with very friendly staff, fantastic views of mount Errigal. We had a family event which was very well orchestrated by the hotel, the food was fantastic. In terms of the hotel room it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The room we where assigned was abit dated in terms of décor but that was only a small detail. The door to the bathroom kept sticking a issue that also happened in the room where my grand mother was staying. Also one minor issue was the check in time was very late being at 16:00 which i found to be the latest check-in time I've being given.

Staff friendliness and professionalism was exceptional. I am a speaker of Irish and several of the staff I encountered were well able to converse with me in that language. The breakfast was excellent and food in the main restaurant was of a really high standard, too.
I had only one very slight gripe. The restaurant and bar were not in the main hotel complex but across the courtyard in the bar. While this was slightly inconvenient, it was more than offset by the willingness of the staff to take orders in the main hotel and bring the food and drinks there.

Full tradtional Irish Brekfast with choice of scrambled, poached or fried eggs no issue, all excellent Cereals, yoghurt, good choice of bread Dinner at next door restaurant was very good quality and choice Excellent Errigal local beer
Restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, we gave up waiting for dessert after 40mins Restaurant can be VERY noisy at night No real alternative for eating within 20kms that staff knew about

The staff were all so so friendly and helpful! Great breakfast, really good quality products, and great location to visit glenveagh national park and Mount Errigal (you can see it from the hotel !) Room was very comfortable and great shower! There is a pub right outside the hotel and the food was delicious.
I only went to the adults only part of the swimming pool once in one morning and after 10 minutes there unfortunately the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi had to be turned off.... But these things happen! My daughter loved the swimming pool at the other side.

Room was large and had all items required. Good that live music was available due to hotel being quite secluded. Food in restaurant was great and piping hot
Didn't like check in or check out times. 4pm is way too late for checking in when most people like to make the most of their day. Also 11am check out far too early should be at least 12 noon. Also Didn't like that the bar/restaurant was across the courtyard from the hotel. There was nowhere to get a drink in the actual hotel if you wanted to sit in the lounge/foyer in comfort.

What a nice hotel in a beautiful spot. My family really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts Iv had. The staff were very friendly and down to earth. We had a problem with a booking agent over a mistake I had made but the manager Martin and also the help desk manager couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved the problem for us. We will definitely be back for a longer stay the next time. Surprised this isn’t a 5star hotel. It is immaculate. Definitely recommend and loads to do near for family’s, petting zoo, pool, walks ect.
