The hotel looks as though it has very recently been decorated and was spotlessly clean once we managed to fight our way through the narrow entrance door with all our motorbike gear. Our room was spacious and clean, overlooking the street outside. The location is good being just a little walk from the main centre of Kinsale. Breakfast was very good.
Due to not feeling great, I retired to the room a little early to watch a film but was unable to use the TV due to there being no sound (TV was putting itself on mute all the time). I did contact reception, and it seemed that this was a known problem but could not be fixed as it needed someone to come out to sort it. As the hotel was full there wasn't another room to move to, so there was nothing could be done unfortunately. I realise these things happen, but given that this was the most expensive property we had stayed in during our 8 day road-trip (£166 for one night), I was a little disappointed.

General atmosphere. It is an older hotel and it is a gem. Service was exceptional. Breakfast daily was good, Dinner the two times I ate there was fabulous. Loved that the owner interacted with the guests.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. Again it's an older hotel. I am a realist.

We arrived on motorcycles in the evening and Anthony was there to greet us and guide us to a covered spot to park the bikes. The room was excellent. The meals we had in the pub and at breakfast were great. All of the staff were friendly and eager to help at all times. Had a great chat with Anthony about music and the local craic. We were only able to stay one night but will be back again for sure ! These folks know hospitality !

Rooms were spacious and clean. Had read reviews saying rooms were dated. Our rooms were lovely, nothing wrong with them at all. Only thing I was worried about was the matress, I could feel every spring when I sat down on it. However, when you lie down and evenly distribute the weight, it was absolutely fine. Pillows and duvet were lovely, I slept like a log. Lovely bathroom with a superbly powerful shower! No tea/coffee making facilities but that didn't bother us. Dinner in the hotel was absolutely outstanding, one of the best meals we ever had!! Breakfast choice was very limited, but was cooked to order, and was delicious. The owner is very chatty and friendly. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would definitely go back
Limited opening hours of the bar, not open until 4pm. Rooms are a bit dark, lighting is not great

The staff were very friendly and bed was comfortable.
There is no lift so cases had to be carried up two flights of stairs. The duvet was not very wide hanging only a few inches each side of the bed before we got in. No tea making facilities in the room which I would expect for what they charge.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. I had great fish and chips at the restaurant. The location was a short walk to the center of the busy town so it was not noisy.
The shower was broken. I had to call someone to shut it off. It’s a nice building with character but because it’s old there is no elevator. Walking up 3 (or 4?) flights of stairs to my room with all my luggage wasn’t easy, especially after a long day of traveling.

We very much loved the location, being comfortably walking distance from the center of Kinsale. We loved the in house pub and restaurant, both filled with happy people and great food every night. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Who made our stay truly memorable was Anthony, co-owner of White Lady Hotel and restaurant. His cheerful and welcoming personality, his attention to every detail and to each and every guest made us feel special and made us want to come back in the future.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

My wife and I, along with our two adult daughters had a great time at the White Lady. Rooms were clean and crisp. Extra towels in every room. Staff were receptive and polite. Siobhan provided great service for our proper Irish breakfast. She was very patient with we Americans requiring more coffee. Proprietor Anthony was a true friend of his country, explaining pros and cons of Kinsale’s destinations as we shared with his ask. Like one expects of old friends. Bon voyage your stay at the White Lady.

The Manager, Anthony is an absolute legend! A very kind, helpful and personable individual who went above and beyond to make my stay really good, even though I was only there for one night. He is a memorable character. In fact, all of the staff were absolutely top class. I also brought friends there for dinner and the food was very good. I will definitely be going back.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean, smelt clean when you walked in. Nice decor and although it was a room above the pub, it was not noisy. The breakfast was very good and we would recommend eating in the restaurant for an evening meal too, that was excellent. Great location; a nice walk by the harbour in to town or a longer walk to Charles Fort which is great to visit.
Car park was small, but we were on a bike so that wasn't a problem for us.
