The guest house is in the perfect location you are 2 minutes away from everything. The inside is spotlessly clean the room was beautiful I couldn't believe how perfect it was for the price the breakfast was included in the price to. You have everything you could possibly need or want. The women that was running it was absolutely lovely she could not have been nicer. The bed is perfect and i love having plenty of pillows when I sleep usually have to ask for extra but there was a perfect amount. The bed was so comfortable. There was a hairdryer in the room there are blackout blinds. It has network TV in the room. There was plenty in the tea coffee station with the kettle. The breakfast was amazing i didnt expect so much there is something for everyone Such an incredible place can't wait to go back.

Location was great, landlady was so lovely and friendly, decor inside was nice, lovely creamy porridge made on request for breakfast, nice selection of teas, very clean and quiet, heard no noise from anywhere throughout our stay.

The grey front and signage of the building looked quite drab and dated so we didn't get the best first impression but inside was lovely. The room was a bit too warm at night. I forgot to bring the plug part of my chargers so needed to buy one locally so a socket with charging points built in would have been handy.

What an absolute little gem of a find, deserves way more than 2 stars! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. We were made to feel so welcome and at home, we had so many people say they wish they had booked here instead or the 4 star place they got! We were so gutted we didn't get up for breakfast but after a very late night we needed the sleep, gives us a good excuse to visit again though as we heard it was an impeccable breakfast!

Fantastic place to stay, place was clean and well maintained, breakfast was amazing great choice of fresh food and a lovely freshly cooked breakfast each morning. The lady who runs it is lovely and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the town. Honestly was the best value for money I have got in years. Couldn’t recommend the place enough to be honest.

Cosy and welcoming B&B with spacious and well-equipped rooms, very clean and with proper showers. Quick replies to messages, early check-in possible and the friendliest lady at reception, who patiently answered all my questions and offered some advice for a short stay quiet Monday night. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of choices from cereal, fruit and yogurt to full Irish. Living room for the use of guests with books to read and a furry fella to keep you company.

I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel, which is located in a very convenient place. Everything was perfect and comfortable. The room was clean, with a nice interior and thoughtful details. Delicious breakfasts made a pleasant impression. I really liked the hostess of the hotel and her attitude towards me as a guest, she was very friendly and kind. I felt like at home. I highly recommend this hotel, it is really worth a visit.

Ashleigh Guest House is centrally located within walking distance of the town centre. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and although on a main street there was very little traffic noise. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I didn't like that our stay was so short.

The property is situated in a quiet part of the town. It is in an ideal location and is beautiful inside and out. The decor is fantastic and the rooms are better than many hotels we have stayed in. Large, comfortable, clean, well maintained and safe. The shower was brilliant, beds wonderful and breakfast amazing!. Above all, the owner is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend stayed here!

A pure gem offering comfort, convenience and completeness. My room was spacious, warm and peaceful. A cooked Breakfast of choice was served by my kind host who offered a very personal service along with a wide selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Checking in and out was easy and street parking was plentiful during my short but pleasant stay.

There was nothing to fault.

Best value around at the moment, Ashleigh is a great B&B in a perfect location. Everything is top notch right down to the 3 ply toilet roll. The shower is magnificent! Quiet at night and clean room with a comfortable bed, great breakfast too. Trudy is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.
