The location was perfect set of a quiet road and stunning mountain backdrop. When you entered the premises it was like as if you had been transported to a ranch . This property is a working premises that trains horses, so you get to experience this happening and riding lessons going on also . The accommodation was just gorgeous comfy beds , all you needed in the kitchen a full cooker and full fridge freezer , complimentary homemade bread, eggs and milk left ,lovely touch , thank you . At night the accommodation was lit up like something out of a fairy tail . I was part of a group of 14 and each of us could only say positive things . The outdoor space , plenty of seating areas , two hot tubs and wait for it a functional bar that is just magical you can use this and they have an honesty box . So overall a brilliant night definitely would recommend it .

Nothing everything was perfect

Property was beautiful - real cowboy feel! Great facilities and loads to do on site. Hot tub areas were private and you were able to use them when/if you wanted! Honestly bar was a great touch, even with other guests around you, everyone had a great time! We went when there was two other groups of people staying, we all had great crack around the firepit and in the honesty bar! We had booked two of the apartments, both beautifully redecorated and had everything you needed. Two very friendly goats that float around the site - just make sure you lock the gate at the bottom of the ramp or they will come for a we nosey!

One of the hot tubs was not very clean - one furthest down the site. But other than this, everything was perfect.

Peaceful relaxing beautiful surroundings We had a great stay here, it was so peaceful, we stayed in the converted horse trailer (sorry forgot the name) it was small and compact with everything we needed, but big enough for the 2 of us! Such a lovely touch leaving fresh homemade bread, eggs & milk.... The place is brilliant for kids aswel, so much for them to do, all the lil farm animals & horses, and dogs, bikes, a play area etc !! They also have a honesty bar, you can help yourself and leave a few bob to cover costs of drinks, we didn't use it as we were out most of the time, they have 2 large hot tubs, again we didn't use but looked lovely, the area all round it is just gorgeous to sit and chill, they have BBQ areas, and also a bbq outside of where we stayed. Everything was spotless, I would 100% stay here again... Loved watching the horse train!! Thanks again Elaine & Keith 5stars...

Would be great to put a handle on the inside of the sliding bathroom door as I got my fingers caught trying to open it

The property was amazing! It’s got absolutely everything you need & more. It’s beautifully decorated & was so clean! All the people we met were friendly & the Lady that was there (think she was a manager) was so lovely! Showed us round & was so chatty! We loved it … we spent the afternoon in the wee bar & watched a young girl training on her horse. We then used to hot tub & chilled with a few drinks in our room! Was so quiet & not crowded which we loved! We got so lucky with another group of girls next door so we all gathered together & ended up being a fantastic we night! Would go back in a heart beat!

Absolutely nothing! We loved it

This is a unique place situated out in the country. Once there it is a little oasis away from it all, there are two hot tubs, plenty of outdoor seating and BBQ facilities to enjoy on a summers day as well as the honesty bar where you can have a drink or two and chat with other guests later on into the evening. On the family's farm there are horses also and a paddock where people practice which was lovely to see. The outside area is very well thought out and in keeping with the natural environment, there is definitely a carpenter in the family. A lot of thought has gone into the interior decor of the apartment, it was cozy with everything in it you could need. The fresh eggs, milk and brown bread are a nice addition.

Nothing, I would love to come back and visit again

We loved the hot tubs, honesty bar, and privacy of the accommodation of the converted horsebox. This is a lovely part of the country. The scenery is gorgeous. Bonus points for getting to pet the 2 big great danes and the super friendly, much smaller curly friends( cant remember their breed, but they loved a good pet). There were 2 small goats also, if you love animals this is a perfect location. So relaxing private and quiet will defo visit again.

We absolutely loved the privacy of the hot tub and how the cottage was so homely. They went above and beyond to make sure cottage was warm for us arriving and making special touches requested by my partner without any trouble to them. This really made my stay. The stay were so friendly and nothing was a hassle to them. They made sure our stay was comfortable.

The staircase and bedroom floorboards could do with a fixing as late as night distrubs anyone else sleeping. If your a tall fella, you most definitely need to sit while using the toilet unless you want to lend or hit your head on the ceiling with the angle of it. The beer in one keg was off,as it must not get used much but wasn't a big thing as we had own drink with us.

I liked the cosy and tasteful décor and pretty surroundings of the area. Plenty of hot water, comfortable living room with large flat screen for watching shows and movies. Very thoughtful consumables left for guests like the fresh eggs, milk and tasty wheaten bread. Hot tub was clean and at a perfect temperature. Would like to come back with a larger group of friends who would enjoy it as much as we did.

Not much to say about what we didn't like. Maybe make some of the instructions up to date as the hot tub instructions are for a wood burner while there is an electric on there instead. Check-in instructions slightly confusing mixing up left and right for lockbox location/cottage location.

We had the most fantadtic time here and the facilitoes were amazing . The host Pauline went above and beyond our we daughter and ourselves cant wait to return . Such a beautiful place.out un nature to take time out from hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was just perfect.

We forgot to bring cereal for breakfast and there was milk in the fridge but no bead or anything for toast so must remember next time to bring breakfast as a lot of places we have stayed normally have a welcome pack the only thing ya would change x

The property was absolutely amazing, spotless clean, very cosy little place to stay. It was just what we needed a nice quiet relaxing place. We stayed in the cottage and the decor was amazing, was great their was a hot tub to use also. There was freshly made wheaten bread along with fresh eggs also. There’s 2 friendly goats that also come and visit you which is very nice. I wish I had booked more nights.. Would highly recommend.
