The Manor West, the Manor Best!!!! The staff and everything about this hotel helped me enjoy my Tralee experience... Which now is my most favorite place in Ireland even if the Dubs lost!!! Never have I met such nice people!!! And the hotel was home base , I will be down here again and I will be staying here again. And what made me fall in love with this Hotel was they wiped down the tables after someone had been eating but then disinfected it - like anyone with allergies that is astounding .... Of all the hotels I've stayed in, I've never seen it done!

Nothing place was spectacular

Room was comfoetable,we had a mini fridge which is always a plus when travelling with kids. The food was delicious.

The swimming pool-water was very cold. The jacuzzi was hot but the swimming pool was too cold, due to this we only went there once.My family is well used to swimming pools but this time we did not enjoy it. The play room-the bathroom wasn't very clean,no toilet paper available and the room.itself had crumbs all over the floor. We followed the rules and made sure we tidy up but I would say the room needa to be cleaned more often. Shower tap-very difficult to wash young children when the shower head is 2m above your head. Not sure why this cannot be adjusted in most family rooma but its very incovenient.

Over a two week period we stayed about 7 nights , in fairness breakfast was always good and great variety. The younger “pancake “ eaters didn’t like the “ pre-made “ pancakes Over that time from the two family weddings we attended ( over 50 people in my circle ) a lot didn’t go back to the bar / restaurant after their first night for various reasons and opted to go elsewhere . Can discuss over the phone necessary . Big compliment to your breakfast staff . I travel the country a good bit and stay at a lot of different hotels and good to see young staff trained well .

Bar / restaurant a disappointment for many ( can discuss if necessary) €20 late checkout ( extra hour ) a bit excessive, especially with so many from the same group staying. Most hotels would accommodate free of charge

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The new family rooms are absolutely stunning — modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. Our kids especially loved the bunk bed setup; it was a huge hit and made bedtime something they actually looked forward to! Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt. The play den is a great idea to keep the kids occupied for an hour. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Breakfast looked very little but it was delicious annd plentiful in the end, just a little less than expected in the buffet part. Food was fresh and tasty. Ate in bar the night before & a young barman warmed my daughter’s food for me and he couldn’t have been nicer. Didn’t know about the den until I was driving home, raging as was not advised of this facility, we were down for a basketball blitz and the toddler could’ve done with this.

Under bed was very dirty, but the rest was very clean. Easily missed I guess. I was only looking for something that rolled under, otherwise I’d never have seen it. Little tie bags and bracelet was a nice touch, not sure about the yo-yo must’ve been just to make bag look fuller. But lovely touch, all staff so pleasant. Will be back!

Wonderful Hotel, quaint, little, place. Centuries old English pub, absolutely no noise in accomodation. Fairly central. Nothing fancy, but certainly everything you need. Car park in back Food: I didn't have the dinner here. However, I had the full English (full works) breakfast. Reasonable at 9.50 pounds. very tasty and decent portions. unlimited coffee and fruit juice comes with it along with unlimited pastries, fruit etc. Great value. Overall a great place for people of all ages : D

Maybe a little bit too expensive, but Exeter is a very expensive city

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and bright. Location was good if you wanted to shop. Close to a retail centre. If you have difficulty walking and do not drive location would not suit. The town centre is a good 25/30 mins walking distance. The hotel also will ring for a taxi, if required, abot €10 each way.

Food was mixed. Do not know if it was personal taste but quality was not great. Some eggs, at the breakfast, were good as if just cooked. Others were like they were baked. Sausages were edible but flavourless. Would have liked more toilet rolls in the bathroom. Down to the last sheet as we were leaving, thatcis why didn't ask for more.

Nice touch being able to write dirty on the base of the lamps in the salt cafe. Breakfast finishes at 10 am at the weekend a bit early. Restaurant last orders 8.30pm but was advised at check-in. Dessert order taken mid main course as kitchen closes

The room was clean and perfectly comfortable for us with our children. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and kind, they arranged everything we requested.

The staff at the bar and restaurant. We always got a table very far from everything and once in every hour they came by asking if we would like to order something else, however only 2 other tables were occupied. It was disappointing and they weren`t nice in any way. They didn`t come to our table to let us pay the bills, every time we had to go and ask for the bill and payment option as we didn`t want to spend 1-2 hours more to wait for them.
