The leisure centre is one of the best I have visted in Ireland. It must have been renovated recently. Very modern changing rooms, excellent pool, sauna, ice bath, spa. The hotel is geared towards families and young people I would say. Mini Golf, multiple playgrounds, games room etc. The food in the bar was excellent. Try the mussels. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Wouldnt say dislike but the rooms feel a bit dated, or a bit like a corporate budget hotel when everything else feels 4 star/5 star. Still everything is spotless, clean and staff are very helpful at accomodating requests.

From start to finish it was an amazing 2 days away. The kids absolutely loved it! Loads for them to do. Mini golf, playgrounds for both big and little kids, games room indoors, kids club, swimming pool with loads of pool noodles and boards to choose from. My daughter is Autistic and will only eat chicken nuggets and when I asked the staff at reception if there is any nuggets available that were not on the menu (only tenders, not the same in my daughter's eyes 😅) the chef came out and assured me there would be chicken nuggets available for her the following day. Absolutely fantastic inclusion on his behalf 👏 food was amazing, chips are homemade 🤤 we even got vouchers for free ice cream on arrival and on check out, the lovely guy at reception gave us a voucher for a free game of mini golf before we left. Will absolutely 100% be returning 😁

Beds are a little uncomfortable and when you suffer with back issues it really doesn't help 😕

The location of the hotel was perfect for travelling around Wexford and Waterford. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of variety. The grounds are lovely.

I requested a bathroom with mobility access for my husband. Although we weren't allocated one on arrival, the lovely receptionist organised one straight away. Unfortunately, when we used the mobile accessible shower that night, the bathroom soon became flooded. I rang reception and a staff member arrived but as it was late at night there was nothing to do but cover the floor with towels. The next morning, maintenance sorted out the problem.That night was better, but I do think there should be a shower screen between the shower and toilet as the water pooled beside the toilet and behind. I was concerned for my husband as his mobility is very bad.

Location, The leisure centre and pool, There was a good variety of food on the menu it was delicious. The staff at the hotel are amazing from the minute we arrived until we left !! they went over and above to help and query we had a real touch of customer service like it used be . The hotel was fully booked and it was extremely busy while we were there, There was a bit of delay from the kitchen our server kept us I. formed of the delay and our food arrived when we where told it would. The chef did not disappoint it was fab, would definitely return to the hotel.

Easy to get to, good parking, nice modern facilities. Spotless, nice Christmas decorations.

Felt impersonal and no one did anything to encourage us to come again sorry to say. Several of the young waiting staff looked very tired, pale and withdrawn. I was in management myself and I just felt that many of the team needed a boost, more appreciation, motivation, mentoring & people skills. We were asked too many times if dinner was ok and then there was no attention at all at breakfast. I ended up feeling sorry for the team in the morning which is not what you want! Do not take this as criticism of individual staff, they all kept busy and have the place spotless. It’s a management issue.

We stayed in this hotel last year and returned as we loved it first time round. This time we were even more impressed as the hotel has gotten stunning new updates in decor. They’ve done a truly amazing job with the redesign. The food in the restaurant was also absolutely incredible 10/10. We had originally planned to go explore the town for an evening meal but after a light bite at lunch in the restaurant we didn’t want to miss out on the evening meal and it did not disappoint! The staff are all so lovely, chatty and so friendly. The facilities at the hotel for kids are amazing! Pool,arcade room, outside playground,mini golf & basketball. So much to keep everyone entertained. We checked in and didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel once! Would highly recommend. Well done to all the staff at new park really great experience.

The swimming pool for the kids is great. We didn’t have food so can’t say anything on that. The staff are very friendly and great with the kids. Look it’s not a luxury get away. The price is fair for what you get. It’s a little bit dated in the bathrooms. But the rooms were clean and around the hotel was clean. The hotel is in a great location for visiting all round Wexford. We would return.

Price wise we got 2 adults 2 kids without brekki on booking.com €175 His brother booked through the hotel got 5 of them with brekki for €185. So shop round for prices

Our booking was made for a family room for 5 people. When we arrived we were given 2 seperate rooms accross the hall from each other, and we asked to be changed so they gave us 2 rooms next door to each other but not linked. This forced us to split into 3 and 2 for the night and took from our experience. Hotel was nice and clean, the only negative was having to split up our family for sleeping.

The mini golf needs to be swept more regularly. But in general the hotel is nice and the staff are lovely. Could probably be a bit quicker in the bar too. Slow service there.

The hotel was perfect for a family. We played mini golf, played in the pool and the kids menu at dinner at great choices. The room was clean, and very spacious. The bed were so comfortable. But most of all the staff were incredible. They were so friendly, and nothing was any trouble. The woman at Check in was so welcoming that my 8 year old son even commented on how lovely the lady was. The staff at the leisure centre were so lovely also, joking with my son as we collected our clubs for mini golf. I couldn't recommend staying here enough. But as always it is the staff that make or break any business/hotel. We will definitely be back.
