Location, The leisure centre and pool, There was a good variety of food on the menu it was delicious. The staff at the hotel are amazing from the minute we arrived until we left !! they went over and above to help and query we had a real touch of customer service like it used be . The hotel was fully booked and it was extremely busy while we were there, There was a bit of delay from the kitchen our server kept us I. formed of the delay and our food arrived when we where told it would. The chef did not disappoint it was fab, would definitely return to the hotel.

Felt impersonal and no one did anything to encourage us to come again sorry to say. Several of the young waiting staff looked very tired, pale and withdrawn. I was in management myself and I just felt that many of the team needed a boost, more appreciation, motivation, mentoring & people skills. We were asked too many times if dinner was ok and then there was no attention at all at breakfast. I ended up feeling sorry for the team in the morning which is not what you want! Do not take this as criticism of individual staff, they all kept busy and have the place spotless. It’s a management issue.

We stayed in this hotel last year and returned as we loved it first time round. This time we were even more impressed as the hotel has gotten stunning new updates in decor. They’ve done a truly amazing job with the redesign. The food in the restaurant was also absolutely incredible 10/10. We had originally planned to go explore the town for an evening meal but after a light bite at lunch in the restaurant we didn’t want to miss out on the evening meal and it did not disappoint! The staff are all so lovely, chatty and so friendly. The facilities at the hotel for kids are amazing! Pool,arcade room, outside playground,mini golf & basketball. So much to keep everyone entertained. We checked in and didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel once! Would highly recommend. Well done to all the staff at new park really great experience.

The swimming pool for the kids is great. We didn’t have food so can’t say anything on that. The staff are very friendly and great with the kids. Look it’s not a luxury get away. The price is fair for what you get. It’s a little bit dated in the bathrooms. But the rooms were clean and around the hotel was clean. The hotel is in a great location for visiting all round Wexford. We would return.

Price wise we got 2 adults 2 kids without brekki on booking.com €175 His brother booked through the hotel got 5 of them with brekki for €185. So shop round for prices

The hotel was perfect for a family. We played mini golf, played in the pool and the kids menu at dinner at great choices. The room was clean, and very spacious. The bed were so comfortable. But most of all the staff were incredible. They were so friendly, and nothing was any trouble. The woman at Check in was so welcoming that my 8 year old son even commented on how lovely the lady was. The staff at the leisure centre were so lovely also, joking with my son as we collected our clubs for mini golf. I couldn't recommend staying here enough. But as always it is the staff that make or break any business/hotel. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place. Pity breakfast wasn't included in the price. The lady who served us dinner was great crack. Didn't get her name but she made our stay more enjoyable. She was bubbly and joked with us all the time. A true Irish lady who knows how to make people happy. Thanks a lot.

I think the breakfast should be included in the price. All four of us didn't have a full breakfast, just coffee and croissants and 3 yoghurts but we still had to pay the full €16.50 each breakfast charge. That amounted to €66.00 for 4 croissants an 3 yoghurts. Kinda unfair in my opinion.

The staff were so nice from start to finish everyone was so pleasant. The room was spotless and bed’s very comfortable.

They did not do room service, which for us our son is autistic and wouldn’t go near the restaurant or bar. So we always order room service, So I had to go down to the bar and bring food to the room.. I did have a very nice bar man who helped me he did say they were not supposed to help but I think he was a. Amazing young chap who seen that I needed help and he helped me. I was extremely grateful for his help. Overall the staff location and hotel were fantastic I would definitely come back. But room service is essential for families/people. Maybe if a request made on behalf of some visitors should be taken into account. Thank you

Great location for an overnight before the ferry! Nice large bright clean rooms, two adjoining rooms which was great. Excellent gym facility , food was ok but not extortionate. Kids had fun with the crazy golf. Charging facilities which was handy even if not free to residents like many other hotels.

Food could be better , particularly breakfast, we were up early so not last orders but because so many construction workers are staying there it’s grab all season. Choice and quality were avg at best.

The room was up 4 flights of stairs so having to heave luggage up the stairs was hard work. The last set of stairs were very steep and the light didn't work. We did not find out about the stairs until we were faced with them. Although small the room was adequate for our needs but very hot during the night as the noise from the streets below was very loud so we couldn't have the windows open. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch but the coffee and Blackcurrant cordial was disgusting. If you don't mind stairs, noise and being very hot then the room is adequate. If you want quiet nights and a cool low level room don't book.
