Loved the antique look of the hotel, staff are brilliant, check-in is quick and straightforward. The rooms are a bit dated from an era past but still it's made up by the spacious balcony which affords you a nice chance of fresh air and the rooms are large too and have all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall i'd stay again.

The bathrooms need better cleaning and in some cases modernisation. We felt that on both stays the bath tubs posed a risk as they were too high off the ground and the step became too slippery.

Something always feel good about this hotel. It's cozy and quiet. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. room was nice and clean I loved the bathtub. I came back 3 times after my first visit. And planning to visit again in the future

The tv is not easy to use. I couldn't remove the welcoming note. The had to sent me someone to remove it. Also I hope they renew the bathtub. It looks like it's been there for ages even though it was clean. But a new one isn't even expensive these days :) and it will give visitors even more excellent experience

Check in was great as we had an upgrade on our rooms and Omar from reception was very helpful. Rashid from management was very understanding and nice.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel facilities was not up to its standard for example the whole purpose of this hotel was sauna steam room and hot tub. My first day and hot tub not working even after all the wait and engineers they brought. They managed to fix it but by then I have left back to my room and the following day it was working. Overall they should have all equipment in working order due to the fact most customers will be booking for certain reasons for the hotel.

The service was great , all staff members were very professional, from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Breakfast was good with big variety and an. Healthy option. The room was large and clean. I requested extra comfortable pillows and they sent it immidietly.. had a little incident dripping my room service order and the cafe manager was kind enough to replace my order. Thanks to all for the good service!

LOCATION IS GREAT, FOOD, ROOM SERVICE, STAFF, THERE IS ENOUGH PARKING, THERE ARE ENOUGH FACILITIES AROUND THE HOTEL, LIKE COFFEE SHOPS, GAS STATION, PHARMACY, RESTAURANTS, GROCERIES...ETC.

THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER WAS NOT STABLE, THERE IS HOT WATER ALL THE TIME BUT NOT STABLE, I HOPE HOTEL MANAGEMENT FIX THIS SMALL PROBLEM.

The reception staff were gentle and very polite. The guy who received us was very helpful and professional. He was wearing Saudi dress and offered to help me in bag handling. The restaurant lady on the cash was very nice as she allowed us to have breakfast then she told me politely that my reservation doesn't include the breakfast so if I want to pay. She said without letting anybody notices that. Thank you guys. Keep this good job up.

Location is prime and they are constantly renovating so it’s a nice place!

The location, the staff, Mariam on reception desk was super pro and Laila in the views restaurant! Superb hospitality! They take care of your needs and make sure you are comfortable and happy.

Rooms were big enough and clean and there were plenty things avaliable in the room ( dental kit, shaving kit, slippers, iron and iron board, plenty of pillow options) and there were a big supermarket and pharmacy around the hotel. Staff was polite, specially Mr. Rashid at the breakfast hall.

There were constructions around hotel and one night, they kept working until 02:00 am. Balcony was locked; I couldn't use it. There weren't much option for the breakfast, it msuct be improved.

It was a good value for money hotel . Staff went over and beyond . Facilities were good and the breakfast was great . You need to try the spicy omelette if that’s your thing . Nazim at concierge went over and beyond as well as Faisal for breakfast . Didn’t get the name of the young lady at the breakfast reception but her smile and kind words made me feel very welcome . Gym , Sauna and Spa were all ok .

It was an outdated hotel but value for the money . If this is to be posted it’s a 4 star at best but considering it was roughly $135 AUD for the night it was clean and comfortable enough . They didn’t exchange AUD which was a bit annoying but luckily for me there was an ATM across the road which was easily accessible by a foot bridge .
