It is very close to the airport; it took me 5 minutes to walk with my suitcases. The check-in went quickly, and the staff was excellent and very friendly. The room is straightforward, just enough to spend a day or a night in it. The bed was comfy. I had a perfect night's sleep after more than 15 hours of plane travel. The breakfast was excellent. It was deftly a present stop to refresh before I caught another plane the next day. I definitely will stay there again.

The room is too empty, with a lot of echo in it. It needs something to absorb the sound, like framed pictures on the wall or sound-absorbing panels. That will increase the quality of the rest you are looking for.

It is narrowly concentrated on serving people traveling through Vienna. You get to check in and out anytime you need. There is flight information available on the screens. The checkout doesn’t take any time. Literally 0 seconds. You just drop the keys. Nice breakfast. Very close to airport. Staff is helpful. I would definitely use it anytime I need hotel close to the airport. I guess they would also wake you up if you ask them. There is also a way from airport to the front of the hotel under the ground. In case you don’t feel walking outside. It could be useful. From Mitte to the hotel is exactly 16 minutes.

There is nothing I disliked.

The NH is a VERY short walk to return the rental car and a crosswalk away from the terminal. It is very clean and well-designed. There was a nice bar on site, but I am not sure of the prices there, since we just walked through it to get to our elevator.

It was very nice, but the Nespresso machine in our room didn't work. We were disappointed with that. The snacks for sale were very pricey, but in line with prices you would find in the airport itself. But, there is a gas station not far (around the block.) You can go there if you really want some snacks and don't want to take out a loan.

The location, staff and the hotel were very nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from and the food was fresh. It is perfectly situated next to the airport.

The bed was not very comfortable and the bathrooms are quite small and awkwardly arranged. At this price point, one would expect more comfortable beds and a better situated bathroom. The hotel is quite noisy with normal airport traffic and one could hear everyone moving through the halls on your floor, We have stayed at many airport hotels, and this was by far the loudest hotel ever. There is no comparison to a hotel at the same price point even situated in the inner city.

A very short walk from both the Terminals and station, self check-in meant I arrived and was in my room in about two minutes. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of great lighting options. Really appreciated the black-out curtains, the selection of glasses for drinking, the quality of the toiletries, and the cleanliness of everything. Also loved the early-bird breakfast option as well as the selection of food and drinks in the foyer self-serve shop - great idea. Reception could not have been more helpful in making sure my stay met my needs.

There was nothing I can think of.

The hotel is a short walk from the terminal and easy to find as we could see it but we had to ask Information in the airport how to find the right exit from the airport as it was not obviously signed. The person at reception was very pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious, big bathroom, quiet and very comfortable with nice bedding. Checking out was express. The buffet was reasonably priced and the food was tasty and fresh. It was all we needed for a one night stay.

The gym was pretty good but very warm (it was a 33oC day but I'd have expected better air-con in the gym). The service in the bar was poor and expensive - slow even though it wasn't busy.

I have early flight so it is very convenient for that since the hotel is right next to the airport. The breakfast starts at 5:30 also serves the purpose of early flight. The facilities are really nice, the room is clean and comfortable, the toiletries are also really nice.

The transport to the city centre is obviously not as convenient. But it’s fine since you can buy the ticket right at one of the counter in the airport. And there is also direct bus from and back to the city center.

It was a lovely welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful! The breakfast buffet was delicious. It was a quiet environment and the room was well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. We were unable to access the spa (which we were looking forward to) because of the opening times not corresponding to our schedule. It would have been helpful if spa opening times (and signage in general around the hotel) were clearly published.

Really convenient for the airport, and as we arrived at 10:30pm it was great to just have a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The room was modern and clean, and with a good shower (not often the case in Europe!). We didn't have any meals or room service, so can't comment, but it was perfect for a stayover between flights.

The room temperature was too hot, and we couldn't turn it down. We could open the window a bit, but then we could hear the noise from the airport.

We stayed at this hotel twice; on our arrival in Vienna for two nights and our departure. The two night stay upon our arrival was exceptional. Location of the hotel was perfect, rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful, breakfast was great with a lot of variety, and the option to store luggage free of charge was wonderful.

On our second stay at this hotel, they were very busy with a large group, so we had a long wait to check in. Once checked in, our room was not fully set up so we had to wait for a staff member to come set it up. Room was still great and its location next to the airport was wonderful since we had a very early flight. Overall, it is still a great place to stay.
