The on airport location was ideal for us, as we had an early flight from Vienna the morning after our one night stay, and were arriving at the airport by bus from Bratislava at noon. After dropping our bags at the hotel we were able to use the Sbahn train to get into Vienna old town near St. Stephansplatz cathedral in 20 minutes to do some sightseeing. The weather was very hot, and returning to the spacious, airconditioned hotel for a couple of drinks at the bar was very pleasant, and the staff were welcoming, courteous and interesting to talk with.

We felt the price of the hotel was a little high, but given it's on airport location, thats perhaps to be expected.

Close to the airport (5 min by walk). Very nice and good room, comfortable bed. The soundproofing in the hotel is generally good, I was afraid that I would hear the planes and it would interfere with my sleep, but this was not the case, but the soundproofing between the rooms is not so good - I could hear the neighbors who were watching TV.

The service staff in the restaurant on the first floor is rude. The waitress brought tea and accidentally spilled hot tea on my daughter's hand, but did not even properly apologize for this incident. Another waiter was tactless and made inappropriate remarks to my daughter, trying to make a joke.

We got a room that was very basic and did not feel as luxurious as the pictures, but it was clean. I was grateful for their food as it was good, but very expensive, especially the dinner buffet. In the morning, they only charged me, kids were free. Their restaurant servers at breakfast and one lady at the dinner buffet were absolutely fantastic.

I minded it was on the 1st floor facing the unloading of guests, taxis, and all we had were blackout drapes. The front desk lady assigned us a wrong room first so this was a second option, despite stating I needed a king and an extra bed. I did not feel very secure given the floor, the no outside security on the glass window and the individuals in the area. I wish I had some power in me to fight it but I was so exhausted after flying 6000 miles.

Anna at reception was excellent in checking us in for two of us. The bedroom (twin) itself was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The bed itself was super comfy and we both had a good night’s sleep! The bathroom was spacious as well, and had all the necessities as well as a bath, which Anna at reception had kindly obtained for us. For dinner, we had opted for the dinner buffet. While there was some decent options, we do wish we had ordered from the Al a Carte Menu too, just to see what variety was there. What I will add though was the staff during this dinner buffet were absolutely fantastic. They were cheery, helpful and very friendly. A big bonus! The breakfast was good. It’s a breakfast buffet, which had a lot of different options suited for everyone. We particularly enjoyed this and again, like the previous night’s dinner, staff were excellent and very attentive. A top hotel, and if you get the chance to stay there, it’s nearby the airport with it being a 1min walk away. It’s completely worth it!

The front desk agent was very helpful. We asked for a late checkout (1 pm) and I paid for two additional hours beyond that as as my daughter had an online job interview the next afternoon. After hearing this, the agent gave us a free link to enhanced wi-fi and a chit for a free dinner in the hotel's buffet restaurant.

Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was not notified as to our late (3pm) checkout. They knocked on the door several times after 1 pm - interrupting my daughter's interview - to ask if we had paid for a late checkout, etc.. (I was in Vienna at the time.)

We were shattered after our trip. Hotel was awesome... took our luggage at lunchtime so we ventured into Vienna. Station 2 min walk opposite hotel. On return at 6pm, We checked in and were given a free room upgrade and complimentary dinner. from a very lovely staff member. Which we were delighted with. Restaurant food was excellent and rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. We had an early flight and the walk to the terminal was 5 mins away... very convenient.

We couldn't connect our netflix in room to watch a movie. But we didnt mind.

The check-in staff were exceptional. The room size and facilities were very good. The restaurant offered good food, and the service was outstanding. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the airport terminal.

The floor in the room was gritty and felt like sand. There were food crumbs on the lounge. The room allowed a lot of noise in, including trucks, cars, conversations, and aircraft. The cleaning staff were very loud and inconsiderate of the time, both in the evening and the morning. They were yelling to each other down the hallway at 7 a.m.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and returned because of its unbeatable location—just steps away from the airport. The front desk manager was very helpful and accommodating. I was initially assigned a standard room, but was later upgraded to a larger room with a spacious bathroom. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay—perfect for an overnight near the airport.

The room I was initially assigned felt dated and did not reflect a 4-star standard or the price I paid.

It is very close to the airport; it took me 5 minutes to walk with my suitcases. The check-in went quickly, and the staff was excellent and very friendly. The room is straightforward, just enough to spend a day or a night in it. The bed was comfy. I had a perfect night's sleep after more than 15 hours of plane travel. The breakfast was excellent. It was deftly a present stop to refresh before I caught another plane the next day. I definitely will stay there again.

The room is too empty, with a lot of echo in it. It needs something to absorb the sound, like framed pictures on the wall or sound-absorbing panels. That will increase the quality of the rest you are looking for.

It is narrowly concentrated on serving people traveling through Vienna. You get to check in and out anytime you need. There is flight information available on the screens. The checkout doesn’t take any time. Literally 0 seconds. You just drop the keys. Nice breakfast. Very close to airport. Staff is helpful. I would definitely use it anytime I need hotel close to the airport. I guess they would also wake you up if you ask them. There is also a way from airport to the front of the hotel under the ground. In case you don’t feel walking outside. It could be useful. From Mitte to the hotel is exactly 16 minutes.

There is nothing I disliked.
