This is a family-friendly, cheerful & well-organized hotel. When we went to the pool area it was full of families with small children and was very jolly. The pool has a water slide, a fountain and a hot tub. It is, obviously a little noisy, so if you wanted a quiet or romantic spa getaway, this may not be the hotel for you. The breakfast was really good and well-organized. Comfortable beds & updated rooms. The location is perfect for people on road trips who aren't planning to go into Winnipeg downtown.

Nothing. It's a great hotel - just keep in mind that it's family friendly and there will probably be happy children in the pool. So if you wanted a quiet getaway or romantic date, it may not be the right choice for you. I would also caution that if you were planning to spend a lot of time downtown this hotel is on the outskirts of the city.

The staff were very helpful. I had to reschedule my reservation and there seemed to be a miscommunication about it but they were able to promptly sort it out and explain the situation to me right away. They also upgraded my room for free and handed out a cute little goodie bag for my furry friend. The facilities were plenty enough and were also very clean. Our room was also very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Had a great night's sleep!

The room was incredibly spacious, there was a huge selection of food for breakfast which was nice for someone like me who has very strict dietary restrictions, and staff were all so lovely. The location was great for us too as it allowed us to easily continue on our trek up north, plus there was tons nearby.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, there weren't many accessible outlets, especially given that it was an "accessibility" room, and the TV was like...absurdly small.

I travelled with my daughter so we stayed at this hotel for the pool area. She loved the pool and the slide a lot. The pool was clean and taken care of.. the staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast was pretty delicious and plentiful. I appreciated that the breakfast room staff were constantly restocking the food and keeping the space clean. The rooms were very clean and spacious and I enjoyed having taller ceilings as well. It was easy to get to and from when we had to leave to head into Winnipeg.

The beds were a little stiff for my liking.

Loved that the the tv had samsung tv channels and was more then the standard tv channels. It was also enabled so we could cast and screen mirror our phone on to the tv. These are the kind of details that needs to be available to stay up to date with life these days. Totally spacious room! The pool was perfect for our kids. We appreciated the mid size pool slide that was open and not covered which can be a little scary for our kids. They loved it! The complimentary breakfast was totally worth it and made morning life so easy.

Everything , let us check in early we’re extremely accommodating and helpful . Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean as always .

No fault of the hotel but we were on the same floor /next too a very loud hockey team for the first half of our stay .which was hard with a 2 year old during bedtime . But it was a lovely stay after they checked out.

Check in quick, staff friendly, prompt service, breakfast was pretty good, room clean, bed comfortable

Sitting chair in room was well and looked like it should be on its way to the dump or at least a garage sale, and surprise, same for the furniture in the front lobby, also TV was set up so that I could screencast from my device to the TV

The size of the room was perfect.clean,comfortable and realaxing. I spent a whole day in the room because I was not feeling well and was totally comfortable. The hallways were quiet day and night. Soundproofing of upstairs rooms was appreciated.

I found that the breakfasts could have had more of a variety. For two days they had what they call egg Pattie’s that were more like rubber Pattie’s scrambled eggs would have been a good variation. The waffle makers needed to be oiled daily as my husband had to pick his off due to being stuck.

The front desk clerk was amazing. Such a funny, friendly woman. Our room was a very generous size,

It was 32C the afternoon we arrived here, and nobody had thought to turn on the a/c before we checked in. The room itself registered 87 F on the thermostat. We could not get the a/c unit to work. So, the nice reception woman was sent to see what she could do. It took a while, but she finally got it to work .. a bit. No offer to move us to another room, which would have been sensible. It took four hours for the room temp to drop to 20 C. Not impressed.
