This was our final stop on the way back to Toronto, and it turned out to be a very solid choice. The hotel is new, well-maintained, and very clean. We had a spacious suite with a king-size bed and a sofa, essentially offering two separate areas, each with its own TV. The room was clean, simply but functionally furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well, and there was ample free parking on-site. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown Kingston, Fort Henry, and the highway.

The breakfast could be better – the variety was modest, and the fried eggs didn’t seem freshly made (possibly not from real eggs). Also, soundproofing between rooms could have been better; we could hear some noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

Quiet even though facing Kingston’s Main Street (Princess Street). Comfortable king size bed. Clean. Lots of parking. Very friendly staff who quickly helped with one minor problem. Although at the western edge of Kingston easy to get downtown via Sir John A. MacDonald and King St. has a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Although neither in our party are handicapped, the room we got was fully handicapped equipped including power main and bathroom doors, wheelchair accessible shower (no bathtub), and a door bell light in the bedroom and the bathroom.

I had a wonderful experience at Comfort Inn Kingston. The value for money is excellent, and the overall cleanliness of the place was impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast – the food was absolutely sumptuous and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, this place offers great service, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip! Highly recommended!

new hotel, clean and tidy. staff were friendly and helpful doors into the hotel were small and very odd....that is my only negative. stayed on the top floor, big spacious room. breakfast was decent ,timing for Sat was 7-10am plentiful food, cereals, fruit, muffins, toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juices and hot drinks. good value for what was paid. would return

It’s a very clean and well located hotel. But I have to say I will stay again because of Karl. The young gentleman was very friendly and accommodating and answered all my questions with a smile. I had arrived very late and was very tired from a long day. Karl asked how I was when I arrived and when I told him about my long day and he was emphatic and assured me he would get me checked in as quick as possible so I could get some rest. He did just that and wished me a goodnight and to be sure to let him know if I needed anything.

Convenient location, friendly and welcoming staff, we appreciated Kayden’s assistance. The breakfast was enjoyable and very clean and the breakfast lady was lovely. The lobby and sitting areas were very comfortable we enjoyed our stay. The room and entire hotel was very clean and much appreciated.

There is definitely a problem in the bathroom, when you are in the shower it sounds like the tub is moving under your feet. We were on the 2nd floor and when the guests above us were showering it sounded like they were going to come through our ceiling.

one of the best places I have ever been. honestly. the rooms are huge..it's quite and everything is super easy and the desk receptionist Mr. Carlos was extremely helpful, and was always there to answer any questions and to guide you, which with a family....gave us such a sense of safety as if we were home! My kids didn't want to leave...as they really really enjoyed their stay. I will always always book the same place everytime I'm in Kingston.

The room was super huge, extremely big. The staff were very friendly, the cleanness was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and very new. There were mirrors everywhere. The only thing I cannot rate is the breakfast because I got in late, there was not so much choices left ,but still I got something to eat.

My room was like double the size the normal hotel rooms and I didn’t have enough time to enjoy it.

I enjoyed the breakfast each morning & the variety of hot food available: omelets, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereals, yogurt, muffins were all lovely. We found the bed comfortable. Bathroom facilities were useful & convenient. Front desk reception was very helpful & friendly. We appreciated her assistance!

I would have preferred foam pillows available to give better neck support. The soft pillows don’t provide much support. It would have been handy to have a TV listing guide to find which stations were available.

I arrived very late, around 4 a.m. Staff was friendly and efficient, getting me into my room quickly, which was great because I really wanted to get into bed and sleep! Bed was VERY comfortable, and the room (even the AC) was quiet. I overslept through the breakfast timeframe, so I don't know how the breakfast was. But I slept well and easily handled that second day of driving the next day.
